The Environmental Market Manager (Western Region) is responsible for developing and implementing a strategic plan for the Environmental market (including waste water, water treatment, ENV aftermarket sales, and environmental OEM's), as well as growing SEEPEX Inc. sales and margins in this market. Area included in the Southeast Region: Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Missouri, Arkansas, Louisiana, Kansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Responsibilities:
* Environmental Sales Channel Partner (SCP) Management - Review the Environmental market coverage and partners as needed to increase Environmental sales revenue.
* Manage Environmental Sales Opportunities through the sales cycle and assist Sales Channel Partners in closing project opportunities.
* Utilize Dodge analytics, GovSpend, and dashboard metrics for ENV SCP review meetings.
* Make joint sales calls with Environmental SCP's to position Seepex products & services and manage current Environmental market OEM's and work with Business Development Manager to identify new ones.
* Educate SCP and Environmental Engineers on Seepex Products / Specifications.
* Maintain a list of key biosolids and pump personnel within Engineering firms.
* Review Specifications, position Seepex products and attempt to gain a competitive advantage on bid jobs.
* Direct Environmental Aftermarket Sales Partners and TM's to call on plants as needed.
* Analyze named competitors and record any competitive differences.
* Select Seepex equipment and recommend to Environmental Application Engineers.
* Hold pre-bid meetings with Environmental SCP's to review pricing and set strategy, bid Project with Environmental SCP, and record bid price along with any other relevant data for tracking of projects and report bid results as they become available.
* Identify key competitors in the Environmental market and develop presentations showing seepex advantages compared to these competitors. Stay informed of competitor activities.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
* 3+ years' experience selling value-based services
* Valid drivers' licenses and a safe driving record

**What you'll do:**
The position reports directly to the Site Finance Leader/Controller. This role has direct supervision of the plant lead financial analyst. - Read and understand work instructions.
- Perform visual and physical inspection of functional measuring equipment characteristics on component parts.
- Apply Statistical Process Control (SPC) know how to detect an out-of-control condition as well as other problem-solving methodologies to ensure quality of product.
- Use of functional measuring equipment.
- Interpret and work from complex drawings, blueprints and specifications.
- Identify non-conformances found during the inspection of component parts and properly document such nonconformances in the DR System.
- Setup and maintain various types of tooling used within job function.
- Setup and operate various types of finishing equipment (grinders, CNC grinders, laps, hones, etc.) without assistance and maintain proper tolerances.
Maintain lubricating oils and cutting fluids to proper levels in machine.
- Read and interpret all gauging instruments such as micrometers and indicators.
- Utilize small hand tools to remove metal shavings from the interior and exterior of machined parts.
- Operate small air, electric, or battery powered rotary tools.
- Marking of parts via engraving or etching techniques.
- Ability to read and complete inspection ledger, inspection check sheet, operation sheet, move ticket and discrepancy report (DR) and other paperwork as necessary to comply with Quality Systems.
- Responsible for notifying supervisors when work received does not meet the specifications required by previous operators including paperwork requirements as observable.
- Performs operator defined TPM and/or 5S tasks as required.
- Responsible for returning all tools to their proper location at the end of the shift and cleaning work area.
- Proper use of all tools and gages necessary to complete and to verify that all work performed has been completed to specifications as required.
- Compliance to Manufacturing Self-Release Process (MSRP) and responsible for the quality of the product going to next operation.

**What you'll do:**
JOB DESCRIPTION KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
+ Assembles and builds all non-Marine & Defense sub-assemblies, rotating group, pumps, and motors having close tolerances and critical operating requirements where fitting, alignment, and adjustment are precise.
+ Completes all required quality and customer information on reports and documents.
+ Must be able to troubleshoot and repair to full operational status, all REO and failed test stand pumps and motors.
+ Sets up and/or operates all assembly department test stands without assistance and maintains appropriate requirements. In cases where automated test stands are present, operator may be responsible for the operation of two stands.
+ Reads and interprets test procedures to determine if the unit meets all applicable quality and standards requirements. Read gauges as required by the test procedures and transfers applicable/required data to defined quality reports and documents.
+ Interpret hydraulic schematics, pressure gauges, strip recorders and test stand "х-y" plots. Must be able to read and interpret assembly and component prints and component maintenance manuals as may be required.
+ Responsible for the cleaning and packing operations required for the rotating group processing.
+ Utilizes hand tools in building and testing units. Employs measurement instrumentation such micrometers, venire calipers, etc. to check/verify dimensional assembly requirements as needed.
+ Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in all working areas maintaining that area to the highest degree of cleanliness required for assembly operations.
**Qualifications:**
