After a career in Teaching at the high school and college levels, I was hired by Mimaki and for the next ten years I became one of their top technicians, as a Technical Support and Service Engineer.
Some management personnel were incompetent and didn't have experience in the fields. And the HR manager never stayed for more than two years because of negative corporate decisions.
When the company used to support milage travel when driving to various work locations to performs Service Technician duties.
Great management
only lateral growth, nothing internal.
