Timothy R. Wright is the President and CEO of M2Gen®. He was previously the Executive Vice President, Business Development, Strategy and Innovation at Teva. Mr. Wright is the founder and Chairman of the Drug Discovery and Development Institute for The Ohio State University Comprehensive Cancer Center, where he previously served as Director. He is a current a member of the Ohio State Innovation Foundation Board and the Ohio State School of Pharmacy External Advisory Board. Mr. Wright has served in executive leadership roles at several pharmaceutical firms, including Covidien, Elan, and DuPont Merck. He holds a B.Sc. from The Ohio State University.

Pete Carlson is a Board Member at White Mountains Insurance Grp; Chief Financial Officer at MIMEDX GROUP, INC.; and Trustee at Wake Forest University. He has worked as Exec VP:Finance at MIMEDX GROUP, INC.; Exec VP/Chief Acctg Officer at METLIFE INC; and Advisor at BRIGHTHOUSE FINANCIAL, INC.. Pete attended Wake Forest University.

Mark P Graves is a Chief Compliance Officer at MIMEDX GROUP, INC.. He works or has worked as Deputy Ethics & Compliance Officer at Takeda Pharmaceuticals NA. Mark attended University of Florida and University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

An accomplished business leader noted for his strategic leadership in growing and strengthening commercial operations, Rohit Kashyap, Ph.D., has more than 20 years’ experience in the medical device sector. Most recently, he served as President of Americas at Acelity, L.P. Inc. (alternatively Kinetic Concepts, Inc., Centaur Guernsey L.P. Inc.), from 2017 to 2020 and President of North America from 2014 to 2017. He joined MiMedx as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer in August 2020 with the goal of ensuring the company’s innovations can reach people with pressing healing needs.

Prior to that, Dr. Kashyap served as Senior Vice President of Strategy and Business Development at Kinetic Concepts, Inc. (2012-2014) and as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of Centaur Guernsey L.P. Inc. (2007-2010). In these roles, he held responsibility for the development of global strategic planning initiatives, including organic growth, licensing, and external portfolio acquisitions.

Dr. Kashyap first joined KCI in 1998 and served in various roles within the R&D, Licensing and Acquisition, and Corporate Development groups, including as Vice President of Corporate Development. In that role he was responsible for the development of its global strategic plans and the execution of all licensing and acquisition activities.

Dr. Kashyap has been a Director of LifeCell Corp. since May 19, 2008. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation and Control from the L.D. College of Engineering in Ahmedabad, India, and his master’s and doctorate in Biomedical Engineering from Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Kashyap has also completed his MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
