We are excited to add a new Sales Learning & Development Specialist to our Sales Training team! The position will pay between $60,000 - $85,000 based on previous relevant experience and educational credentials. This is a hybrid position working in our Marietta HQ 1-2 days a week. POSITION SUMMARY: Manage and maintain sales training program content to ensure all materials remain current, accurate, and fully compliant with company policies, guidelines, and procedures. Ensure timely and effective communication of training programs, updates, and initiatives to all relevant stakeholders. Prepare and deliver quarterly performance and program reports for management review. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to support the continuous improvement of training operations and curriculum, aligned with current business strategy. POSITION SUMMARY: Perform various release criteria tests, using defined guidelines and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), to determine if materials/goods are acceptable for release. Compare test results for compliance with company and regulatory requirements, record results, and notify management of out-of-specification tests and trends. Inspect and ensure supplies received in the warehouse that are used in the production and/or packaging of tissue products and finished goods meet quality standards. As a Co-op, you will gain hands-on experience with the production of adhesives, polymer resins, monofilament and multifilament extrudate, needle manufacturing, and more! **Core Job Responsibilities** + Participate in problem solving efforts by analysis and correction of chemical, electrical, and mechanical operating problems to maintain or improve existing site operations + Good documentation practices, including writing test protocols, generating final reports, and documenting meeting minutes + Collaborate with Senior Engineers and mentors to implement continuous improvement projects + Deliver end of semester presentations to showcase work to site management and participate in J&J Credo volunteer activities across the site **Qualifications** + Enrollment in an accredited college/university pursuing a Mechanical, Manufacturing, Chemical, Electrical Engineering, Material Science, Computer Engineering, Mechatronics, Plastics Engineering, or similar degree is required **Minimum Requirements** + Completion of your first year with a minimum of a 3.0 cumulative GPA is required + Authorization to work in the United States and not require sponsorship in the future is required (F-1 student Visa status is accepted with CPT) + Dedication to working full time (40 hours per week) on-site for the duration of the co-op is required + A housing stipend will be provided based on eligibility + Expected to provide your own transportation to and from the work location. **Preferred Knowledge/Skills, Education, and Experience** + Pay strong attention to detail, be highly organized, and able to prioritize multiple tasks in a dynamic environment + Demonstrate written and verbal communication skills with manufacturing associates, management, contractors, and suppliers - opportunities to improve your technical writing, speaking, and presentation skills are numerous and strongly supported + Ability to work both independently and on multi-functional, diverse teams + Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) with a basic knowledge of pivot tables and graphs. Experience with statistical analysis techniques and software is a plus + Experience with CAD, Tableau, PowerBI, and/or Minitab is a plus + For Automation & Control Engineers : Interest in learning of industrial control systems (PLC/DCS), instrumentation, and/or MES systems is a plus. + Proven leadership and participation in campus/community service activities is preferred Permanently authorized to work in the U.S., must not require sponsorship of an employment visa (e.g., H-1B or green card) at the time of application or in the future.
