Adam Slutsky is a Board Member at Congoleum, Chief Executive Officer at Mimeo, and Director at Gather Ventures and is based in New York. David Uyttendaele is the Chief Technology Officer and a co-founder of Mimeo.com. David serves as the lead architect and visionary for technological development of Mimeo.com software and service. Prior to Mimeo.com, David co-founded Square Earth, which later merged with Proxicom. At Square Earth, David oversaw the delivery of high-end Internet technology and distributed software solutions for companies such as Citibank, BMW, Merrill Lynch and AIG. He was responsible for building the technical team, overseeing all development, and setting the technical direction of the firm. Prior to co-founding Square Earth, David served in the IT departments of Chase and Salomon Brothers and as a member of Microsoft’s Internet Advisory Board. David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

Accomplished Executive with domestic and international experience in all facets of business including, P&L oversight, multichannel product distribution, sales, marketing, and IT involving both startup and growth organizations. A results oriented, data-driven & decisive leader with proven success in new markets and strategic positioning of a multimillion dollar content distribution organization. Track record of increasing sales and creating high performing teams. Joined Mimeo in 2007 and is responsible for Mimeo's US Document Business including, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Customer Service and both the PMO Office and worldwide IT operations. Prior to becoming the GM of US Document, Mike served as Mimeo's European Managing Director where he was responsible for P&L and all facets of the business from Sales and Marketing to manufacturing and distribution. This included 4 business lines in 2 countries serving all of EMEA. Prior to joining Mimeo, Mike served in the U.S. Navy in various shore and sea assignments across the globe where he provided operational and IT leadership. Mike holds a MBA from Christian Brothers University and a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems Management from The University of Maryland UC.

Oliver Doughtie joined Mimeo in 2006 and is responsible for all accounting and finance related items for the company. Prior to joining Mimeo, Oliver served four years with The Restaurant Company where he was responsible for accounting and financial reporting. Prior to that, Oliver was an accountant in the auditing division for Arthur Andersen, LLP from 1997 to 2002, where he worked with both multinational and public companies. Oliver is a Certified Public Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Accountancy and a Master of Accountancy from the University of Mississippi.
