The pay is about what you would expect
The employees are incredibly rude, the rooms where you work are very cold, and u have to stare at a microscope for 7 and a half hours and the coworkers make false accusations about you.

Make the room a good stable temperature, have coworkers who treat you right, and have a fair shot of working here instead of the company giving up on u so easily.
I did not have an interview here
They were paying the most I've ever gotten so that is the only reason I stayed.
Keeping busy to myself.
Close to home, good parking. Good office cube.
All my coworkers were fired or forced to leave. Now no support. Minco does not care about its employees. No raises.
