About the Role The 2nd Shift Maintenance Mechanic at Watlow's Winona, MN Manufacturing Center of Excellence plays a key role in maintaining high-quality equipment and facilities that support industries like semiconductor manufacturing, sustainable energy, medical devices, and food safety. Reporting to the Maintenance Supervisor, this role offers growth through hands-on experience and team coaching. Shift Hours: Monday through Thursday morning, 1:30 PM - 12 AM Key Responsibilities Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns across the facility. Support all aspects of equipment and building maintenance, including mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and limited electrical systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and install machinery components such as motors, bearings, air and hydraulic systems. Assist with electrical tasks including motor controls, fuses, and circuit breakers.
