Minco is seeking a Key Account Manager to represent our products in North America. This position is responsible for driving revenue growth by qualifying new opportunities, and managing assigned key accounts using technical, organizational, and customer knowledge to influence new and existing customers while assisting them in applying business solutions to meet their needs. The Key Account Manager provides input and participates in the technical development of products and services, qualifies new business, manages the product life cycle of new and existing programs and provides guidance to customer service representatives. Responsibilities Develop and manage new or existing key accounts as assigned. Drive revenue growth and maximize profits at assigned accounts. Build strong, long-term, ongoing business relationships with key customer contacts and key accounts. Develop, formulate, implement and ensure attainment of strategic business goals and growth plans for assigned accounts jointly with management. Gather, analyze, and share customer intelligence information with management. Maintain all communication, internal and external, using the best practices and available account management tools. Develop and deliver sales presentations and close sales in a professional and effective manner. Ensure assigned customers receive appropriate technical support. Manage account qualification processes for potential customers as assigned. Identify decision makers at targeted accounts. Provide directives and guidance to the customer service team for quotation and order entry activities involving key accounts. Qualifications Professional Skills Required Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills. Proven background in technical sales, with a strong understanding of customer needs and product applications. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage leads, opportunities, and pipelines efficiently. Demonstrated success in cold calling and outbound sales, with the ability to engage and persuade potential clients over the phone. Demonstrated ability to work efficiently with a sense of urgency under conditions of multiple deadlines and changing priorities. Ability to maintain the highest level of integrity, professionalism and courtesy when interacting with customers, enhancing their experience by providing consistent, continuous, and high-quality service. Excellent presentation skills, both externally with prospects, customers, and third parties, as well as internally within the company. Sound business acumen for many and varied business opportunities and challenges. Qualifications A minimum of three years working in a similar role at a business-to-business manufacturing company with diverse product and service solutions.
