Essential Duties: * Prioritizes and organizes Inventory Control team's schedules to best meet the business needs. * Leads the Inventory Control team to efficiently and safely accomplish assigned tasks. * Coordinates material issues with production to support smooth operations. * Assists the Director of Inventory in coaching employees where necessary to improve their performance up to acceptable levels. * Assigns daily work to other associates within the Inventory Control Department. * Assists in the maintenance and change of department procedures and employee training processes. * Reconciles and performs weekly cycle counts of inventory materials to ensure inventory accuracy and helps conduct annual physical inventory counts. * Serves as the main liaison between Inventory Control and other departments within the Company. * Maintains and coordinates product flow from Inventory department to Production. * Effectively communicates to all levels of management to achieve desired results. * Maintains a high degree of integrity with regards to professional behavior and safety. * Contributes to a safe working environment by being responsible for quality, safety, organization, and cleanliness in your area of operation. * Contributes to team effort by communicating and working well with others, as well as accomplishing related tasks as needed. * Regular and on-time attendance * Work in your shift as scheduled * Getting along with coworkers * Additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Education - - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience - Minimum of three to five years of experience in Inventory Control or Supply Chain Management. Skills & Abilities: * Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel is required. * Must be able to give direction, coach, train and guide a diverse team of varied skill to efficiently meet department/company needs. * Must be able to demonstrate accuracy of work, effective organization skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. * Must be willing/able to be hands-on in the inventory/yard areas and work at a computer. * Must be a team player within all levels of the company. * Must effectively communicate with personnel, management and supervisors via two-way radio, phone, email and in person. * Must be able to read and interpret Receiving and Inventory documents and paperwork. * Regular and timely attendance is required. JOB TITLE - Vendor Managed Inventory VMI Specialist The primary role of the Vendor Managed Inventory (VMI) Customer Service Representative is to create orders for VMI customers and to manage inventory at the MATHESON Site to ensure reliability and uninterrupted supply. The role is mainly an internal role at the MATHESON Site but also can include answering phones and making deliveries in the VMI vehicle from time to time Essential Functions Adhere to all of Matheson safety policies, including those related to driving a MATHESON vehicle, keeping up-to-date on MATHESON's PureSafe trainings, and participation in daily Tool Box Talks Manage the warehouse inventory according to min / max levels, which includes working with Purchasing to order products in and organize them in a systematic way in the warehouse Manage the customer inventory levels according to min / max levels, working with the VMI Route Driver to plan orders and deliveries. Update the min / max levels as the business needs change Create accurate customer orders based upon data from the vending interface Create orders to re-order normal inventory stock Create non-standard orders, which may include interfacing with MATHESON Purchasing, coordinating with suppliers, creating part numbers in MATHESON's TIMS system Maintain good housekeeping at Chambersburg Site's warehouse to ensure order accuracy, efficient fulfillment and safe working environment Responsible for identifying problematic issues that if not addressed would result in an unsatisfied customer, notifying the right person or function promptly to ensure customer satisfaction and then following up to ensure resolution Perform other duties as needed, including being part of the Bossier City Site team, that may mean additional duties that contribute to the overall success of the business. We are seeking a unique Part-Time Ticket Seller person to join our Box Office team. The Ticket Seller under direct supervision, processes single ticket sales, exchanges and tax credits at the facility's box office. Also, acts as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients' requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following: Process single ticket sales at the box office and assist with group sales when requested. Answer questions concerning admission fees, fares, schedules, reservations, coming attractions and ticket policies. Exchange tickets and process tax credits for box office patrons. Balance all applicable transactions for the date of service and complete all necessary reports before departure. Open cash and all monies, checks, vouchers, coupons, or credit cards received during daily sales. Keep daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold in the form of a sales report.
