Scope of Responsibility: This position is responsible for the supervising of day-to-day operations of the Inventory department. Monitors accuracy of inventory information and adjusts inventory records based on physical verification and computer research. Provides daily work assignments, guidance, and training to Inventory department staff. Essential Duties: * Prioritizes and organizes Inventory Control team's schedules to best meet the business needs. * Leads the Inventory Control team to efficiently and safely accomplish assigned tasks. * Coordinates material issues with production to support smooth operations. * Assists the Director of Inventory in coaching employees where necessary to improve their performance up to acceptable levels. * Assigns daily work to other associates within the Inventory Control Department. * Assists in the maintenance and change of department procedures and employee training processes. * Reconciles and performs weekly cycle counts of inventory materials to ensure inventory accuracy and helps conduct annual physical inventory counts. * Serves as the main liaison between Inventory Control and other departments within the Company. * Maintains and coordinates product flow from Inventory department to Production. * Effectively communicates to all levels of management to achieve desired results. * Maintains a high degree of integrity with regards to professional behavior and safety. * Contributes to a safe working environment by being responsible for quality, safety, organization, and cleanliness in your area of operation. * Contributes to team effort by communicating and working well with others, as well as accomplishing related tasks as needed. * Regular and on-time attendance * Work in your shift as scheduled * Getting along with coworkers * Additional duties as assigned. Position Requirements: Education - - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience - Minimum of three to five years of experience in Inventory Control or Supply Chain Management. Skills & Abilities: * Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Outlook, Word and Excel is required. * Must be able to give direction, coach, train and guide a diverse team of varied skill to efficiently meet department/company needs. * Must be able to demonstrate accuracy of work, effective organization skills as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, changing environment. * Must be willing/able to be hands-on in the inventory/yard areas and work at a computer. * Must be a team player within all levels of the company. * Must effectively communicate with personnel, management and supervisors via two-way radio, phone, email and in person. * Must be able to read and interpret Receiving and Inventory documents and paperwork. * Regular and timely attendance is required. We are seeking a unique Part-Time Ticket Seller person to join our Box Office team. The Ticket Seller under direct supervision, processes single ticket sales, exchanges and tax credits at the facility's box office. Also, acts as liaison between the facility and clients, ensuring all clients' requirements are met and facility rules, regulations and policies are adhered to. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include the following: Process single ticket sales at the box office and assist with group sales when requested. Answer questions concerning admission fees, fares, schedules, reservations, coming attractions and ticket policies. Exchange tickets and process tax credits for box office patrons. Balance all applicable transactions for the date of service and complete all necessary reports before departure. Open cash and all monies, checks, vouchers, coupons, or credit cards received during daily sales. Keep daily balance sheet of cash received and tickets sold in the form of a sales report. Maintain a daily audit of all ticketed events. May perform other duties as assigned. Supervisory Responsibilities Not applicable.
