Scrape and stack dirty dishes; carry dishes and other soiled tableware to the kitchen for cleaning; remove trash, clean up spilled food, drinks and broken dishes in order to provide excellent food service. Receive beverage orders from guests and bring ordered items promptly; ensure that guests are continuously supplied with water, coffee, beverage refills, butter and other condiments to assist servers in the provision of excellent guest service. Replenish supplies of clean linen, flatware, glassware and dishes; stock cabinets and serving areas with condiments and refill condiment containers on a timely basis during the shift to ensure a safe and sanitary working environment. Respond to guests' questions, using the Quick Reference Guide, providing information about casino gaming promotions, special and other events and/or programs in order to assist guests, advertise marketing campaigns and encourage guest attendance and participation.
