Gopkiran Rao is a Chief Strategy Officer at MindTickle and is based in San Francisco, California. He has worked as Vice President, Vertical Markets at Apttus; Director, Industry Solutions at Model N Inc.; and Director, Life Sciences Marketing at Model N Inc.. Gopkiran studied at Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey between 1997 and 1998; St. Stephen s College Delhi between 1990 and 1993; and Government Law College, Mumbai between 1993 and 1996.

Jeff is a seasoned SaaS sales, services and operations executive with a broad functional background and a proven track record of successfully growing and scaling recurring revenue businesses. His prior positions in marketing, strategy, services, support and finance have helped to groom Jeff's understanding of and appreciation for all of the various functions that must work seamlessly together to produce great results - that minimize acquisition costs, generate profitability long-term, and create loyal customers that drive more pipeline through cross-sells and referrals.Jeff has held senior positions in technology companies of all shapes and sizes from seed-round (TrackVia) to VC & PE-backed high-growth (Hyperic, Webroot, Apttus, MindTickle), to IPO (Corio) and to large-cap (IBM, Oracle). He has successfully managed organizations ranging from $1M to $250M in recurring revenues across Tier 1 ERP, Hosting and Applications Management, Systems Monitoring & Management, Cloud-Based SaaS Applications, and Security SaaS. Ankur Verma is the Chief Financial Officer at Mindtickle responsible for managing company-wide financial planning, reporting, internal controls, investor and board relations as well as legal, pricing, and deal desk functions. Ankur has over 20 years of experience in managing strategic and operational finance at early-stage startups to the Fortune 10. Prior to Mindtickle, Ankur was CFO at hCentive. Inc. (acquired by Optum, Inc.) and helped them grow over 10x during a six-year period, leading to a buyout by United Health. Prior to hCentive, Ankur led GlobalLogic’s M&A strategy, financial planning, and analysis, as well as treasury and commercial functions. Ankur has an MBA with dual majors in Finance and Marketing from the Indian School of Business and received his Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with honors from the University of Delhi. Ankur is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD).

As Chief Marketing Officer, Chris Lynch is driving the next phase of MindTickle’s growth. In his role, Lynch oversees all global marketing functions, including product marketing, demand gen, brand, and creative. He has deep experience in product positioning and messaging, go-to-market strategies, and the alignment of marketing with sales objectives. Before joining MindTickle, Lynch was the CMO at the direct-to-consumer apparel brand KUIU, building a team focused on data-driven strategies and customer engagement. Previously, Lynch was the CMO at Cision, where he led a global team and pioneered a new approach to messaging and campaign development, culminating in Cision’s IPO. Prior to Cision, Lynch led the global product marketing team for Oracle’s Marketing Cloud and developed their vision messaging for CMOs. Before that, Lynch was a product marketing director at Badgeville, a provider of software to measure and influence user behavior.
