The ideal candidate will be a strong leader, bring proven experience in managing both paint line & powder coating processes, with a strong commitment to quality and a safety-first mindset. KEY QUALIFICATIONS Include: 5+ years of experience in industrial powder coating or paint line operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role. Excellent leadership & problem-solving skills. Strong knowledge of powder coating processes, equipment, and best practices. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies is a plus. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
