What We're Looking For - Qualifications and Skills:
A high school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum one year's experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
Background check required. All background checks are conducted, and their results are considered, in accordance with applicable law.
The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, which frequently includes remaining in a stationary position, including standing up to 90% of the time; moving and transporting up to 25 pounds; moving inside and outside of the store; and operating mechanical controls, such as a keyboard.

What You'll Do - Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and accurately process loan/pawn applications, check cashing transactions and ancillary products.
Complete daily call campaigns to market services, build new business, and nurture customer relationships to further brand recognition and loyalty.
Oversee account management and recovery processes, including collection calls, while maintaining a focus on customer service to prevent loss and charge off accounts.
Maintain customer information in the point of sale (POS) system with accuracy and integrity.
Provide support, coaching, and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable, to ensure adherence to quality standards and safety procedures.
Perform duties outside of the office, when applicable, including on site vehicle appraisals, store errands, and external marketing.
Work to meet Company-set performance standards by leveraging business-to-business partnership opportunities, obtaining referrals, and participating in and hosting in-store and community events.
Maintain office security protocols and conduct proper opening and closing procedures, including management of vault and cash drawer.
Help ensure a work environment that upholds compliance with Company policies and procedures, as well as local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Help conduct store audits, create reports, and compile financial data to further ensure compliance.
Monitor and maintain internal and external store appearance and cleanliness, addressing basic facility needs and scheduling maintenance services.
Work efficiently in a rapidly changing and fast-paced environment and handle multiple challenging tasks with ease to meet individual and team performance standards.
Conduct additional tasks as directed by leadership.
Maintain a full-time work schedule with regular, in-person attendance, including weekends. A full-time work schedule for this position includes, at a minimum, 40 hours per week.**

Phlebotomist I performs daily phlebotomy activities of the Patient Service Center (PSC) or In-office Phlebotomy (IOP) accurately and on time. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

Ensures all field phlebotomy and PSC specimens are collected accurately and on time.
Collects specimens according to established procedures. Properly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required. Reduces patient anxiety by providing a calm environment for patients before, during and after the collection process.
Disposes of blood or other biohazard fluids or tissue, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, or policies. Disposes of contaminated sharps, in accordance with applicable laws, standards, and policies.
Completes requisitions accurately.
Enters patient, specimen, insurance, or billing information into computer. Requires attention to detail to maintain high level of accuracy. Communicate with clients to confirm handwritten orders, verify test(s) ordered, obtain accurate billing information, i.e. diagnosis codes, UPIN information, etc.
Researches test/client information utilizing lab computer system.
Matches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes. Label, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test order.
Package specimens for transport. Stores specimen sample according to required temperature, places samples in appropriate collection container/ tube, accurately labels, follows different procedures as outlined by specific to protocol deemed necessary for transport to maintain integrity of the specimen. Demonstrates proficiency of proper collection methods and proper processing of all specimens.
Maintains required records and documentation.
Maintains daily records and all appropriate PSC/IOP Phlebotomy logs.
Assist with compilation of monthly statistics and data.

Duties include timely and accurate processing of case information through the client data system, including but not limited to applications, eligibility data, Individual Plans for Employment (IPE's), case narratives and authorizations per agency policy; assisting the VR Specialists in all phases of case management including applications, interviews, arranging ]0]and gathering diagnostic information, running monthly reports, gathering verification information and sending case related correspondences. Additional duties include performing general office and reception duties; as well as obtaining information necessary to make appropriate referrals to additional or alternative resources.
Applicant must be willing to perform all job-related travel.

Requirements

Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear to communicate to clients. The employee frequently is required to stand (up to 8 hours a day). This position requires the ability to move up to 50 pounds (pets and equipment) repeatedly throughout the day with assistance. In order to provide vaccines and draw blood, employees will be required to bend, kneel repeatedly and use hand-eye coordination.
