Learn and retain food & beverage and menu knowledge
Use excellent communication skills with guests, staff including verbal, written and body language
Maintain a clean, hygienic and organized work environment including stocking of mini-bars
Be able to communicate timely and in a responsive manner via digital device
Execute fabulous guest service
Enthusiastically describe details of mini-bar items, food dishes and beverages at time of delivery to guests
Work well on a team or independently while being accountable for work performed

Maintain proper levels of inventory in guest room Minibars to ensure guest satisfaction. Properly store and secure all Minibars inventory and supplies at all times.
* Inspect and restock guest room Minibars according to established standards; accurately record guests consumption using established methods.
* Ensure that all in-room accessories and promotional materials are in place.
* Maintain an adequate stock of products on the cart and inventory the Minibar Cart at the end of the day. Reconcile daily issue of Minibars products.
