The Assistant Studio Director is the master of the client experience that serves as the brand ambassador for MiniLuxe. The Assistant Studio Director supports the Studio Director with people development, operational excellence, and driving revenue.

These positions will fill 5-day ape keeper vacancies in the Ape/Old World Monkeys section. They
require candidates with strong commitment to working with a team of keepers and supervisors in the
best interests of the needs of the animals in this section. In addition, strong training background is
desired, as training for husbandry and medical management is essential to provide the best possible
care to the animals. As 5-day ape keeper in this section you will work primarily with the chimpanzees,
but will also be trained on the Gibbon, African Primate, Gorilla, and Orangutan strings, and will be
scheduled if needed throughout the section.
The ideal candidates would exhibit qualities such as being effective team member, while also being
proficient in working independently with proper time management. Effective communicator is a must
with seniors, keepers and veterinarian staff verbally, on ZIMS, reports and emails. Candidates would
be expected to understand approaches in operant conditioning, enrichment, animal welfare
evaluations, and general and specialized animal husbandry. Identifying, collecting, and processing
browse is an essential duty of this position.
REQUIREMENTS / MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. The equivalent of one year of full-time paid experience (2,080 hours) in the care and maintenance
of exotic animals with a facility similar to the Los Angeles Zoo whose core function is the exhibition
of a variety of exotic animals; or
2. (a) Successful completion of the Animal Keeper Training program conducted by the Los Angeles
Zoo; or
(b) An equivalent program at an accredited school or college providing classroom and field work

The Role

Key Responsibilities Leadership and Strategy
Oversee short‑ and long‑term budget planning, forecasting, and resource management in alignment with MHP's mission and strategic plan; identify opportunities to increase net income, unrestricted net assets, and to secure program funding where appropriate and as opportunities arise.

Develop, implement and maintain a robust contract management system that supports contractual compliance, operational efficiency, and accurate invoicing. Ensure that all new contracts are aligned with MHP's budget and internal policies.

Identify claim issues before submission to minimize rework and refunds.
Partner with providers on documentation and coding when needed.
Desired Qualities, Skills and Experience:
2+ years of supervisory experience in full cycle healthcare revenue cycle operations.
Has the experience monitoring a team to ensure that they're keeping up with the productivity for the day, and can help manage deadlines, is good at prioritizing their tasks, and who can also help improve KPIs such as AR days, denial rates, and first pass acceptance.
High-level, well rounded RCM knowledge and understanding of billing, coding ethics, eligibility, denial management and workflows, making appeals and follow ups, and payer requirements.
Someone who can understand why claims are denied.
Preferably someone familiar with PPS wraparound payments, add-on codes, and modifier knowledge.
A CPC or equivalent coding certification is preferred but not limited to AAPC; RAHIMA or other accredited credentials are acceptable. Understands coding for multiple specialties.
Someone who isn't afraid to query providers, possibly meet with them if need be regarding their documentation.
Experience with Epic and eClinicalWorks.
