He currently serves as a trustee for Wesley College and is on the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce Board of Governors. Mr. Constantine previously served on the following boards: United Way of Delaware (Chair and Member of Executive Committee); the Delaware Center for Health Innovation; Delaware Business Roundtable; and the Delaware Chapter of the American Heart Association. He is also a member of the University of Delaware's College of Health Sciences Advisory Council. Mr. Constantine served on the Board of Directors of the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association (BCBSA) from 2006 - 2011 and was Vice Chair of BCBSA's Audit Committee.
