Job Description
The Accessibility Specialist position coordinates accommodations for students with disabilities at Minneapolis College.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
* Identifying and implementing accessibility measures for prospective and currently enrolled students with disabilities.
* Conducting intake interviews and registering students with documented disabilities with the office.
* Serving as mediator between students and the college as necessary for disability related issues.
* Serving as the rotational testing lead to support the delivery of accommodated and arranged testing.
* Increasing campus community awareness and utilization of the Accessibility Resource Center.
* Participating in recruitment activities specific to students with disabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
* Experience in working higher education with background in social work, accessibility or related field.

Job Description
Position Purpose
This position provides primary first-level technical support within the ITS team, including all incoming technology support, telecommunications, audio-visual, network (wireless/wired), printing/copying, and workstation support requests for service. This position performs first-level troubleshooting (both virtual and in-person) and assignment of incoming incident requests, including assigning to other support teams.
Position Responsibilities
* Serve as first line of consultation for individuals requiring technical assistance from the Information Technology Services department via incident tracking software, telephone, web, e-mail or in person.
* Maintain college computing hardware and software.
* Install and maintain integrated multimedia technology systems to ensure employees have access to effective multimedia systems that meet teaching and presentation needs.

Minimum Qualifications
* Two years of experience in a help desk/audio-visual/workstation support role (a degree in a directly related technology field may substitute for one year of experience).

* Basic working knowledge of one or more network operating systems, including administration of user accounts.

Minimum Qualifications
Educational Requirement:
* Bachelor's degree and graduate from an accredited Dental Assisting Program.
Occupational Experience Requirement:
* Three (3) full-time years (or equivalent) of verified related paid work experience as a dental assistant.
Recency Requirement:
* One year of this work experience shall be within the five years immediately preceding the date of application for the credential field. The recency requirement shall be waived if the individual has two years of successful full-time (or equivalent) postsecondary teaching experience in the credential field within the last five years.
Professional Requirement:
* Dental Assistant certification by the Dental Assisting National Board (DANB).

The Director of Employee Experience provides strategic leadership in shaping a high-performing, inclusive and engaged workforce across a complex, unionized, university environment. Reporting to the Campus Human Resources Officer, this role partners closely with executive leaders, deans, and supervisors to strengthen leadership capability, reinforce accountability for results, and embed a positive and forward-looking institutional culture. The Director serves as a trusted advisor to leadership teams, supporting them in setting clear expectations, addressing performance challenges constructively. This role helps to create work environments where employees feel supported, valued, and aligned, with the university's missions, values, and strategic priorities.
This role offers subject matter expertise and strategic HR leadership in areas such as employee/labor relations, classification, compensation/benefits, and performance management. The incumbent supports administrators, faculty, and staff in fostering a positive workplace culture while ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements, Minnesota State policies, and federal/state laws. This position actively participates in the creation of processes and programs, including change initiatives and continuous improvement measures aligned with university strategic priorities. Additionally, the Director of Employee Experience provides team leadership and training to HR colleagues in the areas of contract interpretation, project management, and transactional processes.
The Director of Employee Experience communicates university strategies, advises on personnel policies, and conducts informational meetings to ensure compliance. Additionally, they guide program managers on interpreting collective bargaining agreements to maintain consistent application and provide labor contract administration training.
This is a confidential role, as defined by M.S. 13.37. It involves accessing labor relations information, supporting management in labor matters, assisting in strike planning, and researching classification and compensation data for salary equity proposals in collective bargaining negotiations.
In collaboration with the Campus Human Resources Officer, HR Partners, labor relations, and campus stakeholders, the Director of Employee Experience leads initiatives that enhance workplace climate, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness while respecting collective bargaining agreements and shared governance. This role develops and implements strategies, tools, and practices that support supervisors in managing performance, navigating complex employee relations matters, and leading through change. The Director also provides oversight and guidance for leave management processes, ensuring compliance, consistency, and a supportive employee experience. Through data-informed decision-making, continuous improvement, and a strong-equity centered approach, the Director advances a culture of trust, accountability, and high performance that enables the university community to thrive.
Salary Range:

Job Description:
The Dean of the College of Sciences (COS) is charged to provide the leadership to meet the strategic needs of the university, students, COS faculty and staff, and our community partners. Students in our programs gain the analytic skills needed to study and solve a wide range of problems. They also develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills that are useful in a wide range of careers in science, technology, engineering, business, actuarial science, and education. In a typical academic year, the faculty member will teach five courses, split between two semesters. In addition, the faculty member will engage in scholarship, advising, and service.

ABOUT THE POSITION
The Biology Learning Center (BLC) serves about 3000 students annually at Normandale Community College (NCC) and is a unique learning facility that provides individualized and self-paced laboratory experiences for students. The College Laboratory Assistant 2 position exists to assist in the operation and maintenance of the BLC particularly in solution, media, and material preparation, and to provide assistance to students. Under limited supervision the incumbent performs technical work within the BLC; Prepares and sets up lab activities; assists and tutors students in carrying out laboratory experiments and assignments; oversees daily activities of the laboratory; performs related work as required.
This position reports to the Academic Operations Supervisor and works collaboratively with Biology faculty, Lab staff and student workers to actively advance the college's strategic goals, including to achieve equity in educational outcomes and to support a culturally responsive and service-oriented culture, through individual and departmental efforts.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Full time faculty teach a base of 30 credits per academic year. While instructional responsibilities are primary, full time faculty will participate in program planning, assessment and reporting, service to the department and the college, and continuous professional development.
Position responsibilities, knowledge and abilities:
* Strong discipline expertise and the ability to teach a variety of English courses, primarily including College Composition 1 & College Composition 2, with occasional writing for specific purposes and literature courses.
* Courses are taught at a variety of times and/or delivery modes including days, evenings, fully in-person, online asynchronous, and blended/hybrid in-person/online formats.
* Design and teach courses in the English program using teaching methods that support the success of diverse students.
* Assess student learning and academic achievement at the course, department/program, and college levels.
* Participate regularly in department meetings and in department responsibilities such as course scheduling, program reviews, program assessment, curricula development, transfer relationships and external partnerships.
* Available and willing to be actively engaged in the college community and student success activities, such as supplemental advising for declared English Transfer Pathway students and promoting career exploration in related fields.

Salary Range:
Please note that the full salary range for a nine-month, academic year appointment is $43,067 - $94,542; initial salary placement for new Minnesota State College faculty is between $43,067 and $71,893, depending on academic credentials and years of creditable professional experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Master's degree with a major in English or a Master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate semester credits (27 graduate quarter credits) in English.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Earned doctorate or terminal degree in English, writing, composition and rhetoric, literature, or a closely related field.

Job Description:

This is a full-time, exempt position within Counseling Services in the Student Success Division.
The position will provide mental health services to Metropolitan State University students, under general supervision by the Director. These services include but are not limited to: individual therapy, group therapy, consultation, trainee supervision, case consultation, programming, assessment, and crisis intervention. This position will develop and implement outreach programs and campus programs in collaboration with other departments. ABOUT THE POSITION
The Biology Learning Center (BLC) serves about 3000 students annually at Normandale Community College (NCC) and is a unique learning facility that provides individualized and self-paced laboratory experiences for students. The College Laboratory Assistant 2 position exists to assist in the operation and maintenance of the BLC particularly in solution, media, and material preparation, and to provide assistance to students. Under limited supervision the incumbent performs technical work within the BLC; Prepares and sets up lab activities; assists and tutors students in carrying out laboratory experiments and assignments; oversees daily activities of the laboratory; performs related work as required.

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

Job Description
Position Purpose
This position is responsible for the supervisory and operational management of the Business Office's accounting services department. Responsibilities include but not limited to: general accounting, grants accounting, payroll compensation allocation, accounts receivable (student billing and tuition collections, student payments and collection, third-party billing, cashiering and providing excellent customer service), student financial aid disbursement and refund, student payroll, banking deposits and reconciliation, equipment of fixed assets management, customer billing and payment, Purchasing Card administration and training, parking and Foundation deductions, financial reporting, ERP security management, and internal and external audit compliance.

The position continuously reviews operating procedures and staff skills to implement continuous improvement plans resulting in greater efficiency and effectiveness. The position exercises supervisory responsibility with limited oversight, exercising sound judgment and accountability to support the College's fiscal integrity, compliance, and operational effectiveness.
This position works closely with the Vice President of Finance and Administration and Associate Vice President of Finance and Auxiliary Services by producing special accounting plans, reports, and analyses involving complex accounting methods and principles as a basis for executive decision making.
Position Responsibilities
* Provide supervision of assigned personnel (accounting officers, accounting clerks, and accounting technicians) includes, hiring, coaching, developing, promoting, rewarding, assigning and reviewing work, directing staff, disciplining, suspending, and discharging.
* Provide leadership and oversight to the following areas: general accounting, accounts receivable, student payroll, student billing, payments, and collections, third party billing, refund and financial aid disbursements, and the daily reconciling of college receipts.
* Set up all the tuition calculation tables. Make modifications to the tables as needed. Ensure proper tuition rates, standard and special course fees are loaded each semester.
* Prepare college financial statements and other internal and external financial reports.
* Manage the refund or late withdrawal petition process.
Salary Range:
$34.11 - $49.39/hour

Minimum Qualifications
* Three years of experience in accounting, finance, or closely related area. A bachelor's degree may substitute for 12 months of experience and an associate's degree for 6 months.
* A minimum of 2 years' experience supervising accounting, business, and/or finance professionals.
* Extensive knowledge of financial management information systems, including accounting, finance, and personnel modules.
* Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
* Ability to plan, assign, coach and direct the work of a large number of professional and semiprofessional accounting employees.

Job Description
This position exists to greet guests and provide front-line customer service to individuals visiting or calling Inver Hills Community College. The role is responsible for organizing, managing, and assessing all enrollment services requests received at the Welcome Center desk, including the processes needed to efficiently assist students with admissions, advising, and financial aid questions. Additionally, this position serves as a vital link between Student Affairs, college faculty and staff, and works collaboratively with Dakota County Technical College.
Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Serve as Welcome Center staff and call center attendant, providing professional in-person and telephone customer service to students, prospective students, corporate partners, and other visitors to the college.
* Provide administrative support to the Admissions department to ensure a smooth and efficient operation of daily office flow.
* Provide general back-up support for the Admissions Specialist and Testing Center.

Job Description
The Budget and Financial Reporting Manager is responsible for the comprehensive development, implementation, monitoring, and control of the College's annual operating budget and capital improvement plan. This position plays a critical role in providing accurate, timely, and insightful financial analysis and reporting to both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with MinnState policies and procedures, and actively supporting the College's strategic financial planning and decision-making processes.
The Manager serves on the College financial leadership team that provides a comprehensive range of financial services and business operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and strategic alignment with the College's mission and goals.
The manager provides direct leadership to the Budget & Financial Reporting Unit. The unit is responsible for budget forecasting, adjustments, amendments, and cash transfers, as well as contributing to the development and maintenance of financial policies and internal controls. The unit is also responsible for financial grants management and reporting, the administration of tuition and fee waivers, insurance-related financial processes, cost studies, course fees, receipt and expense corrections, and Workday costing allocations.
This position requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills, along with a thorough understanding of financial principles and practices.
Minimum Qualifications
* Formal training in budgeting, financial analysis, statistical analysis, and forecasting.
* Three years of professional experience in budget development and financial reporting.
* Demonstrated experience in financial analysis and forecasting.
* Strong understanding of financial policies and internal controls.
