The Team Lead acts as a senior HR advisor to DNR leadership, offering advanced expertise in classification, recruitment, hiring, compensation, performance management, employee relations, labor contract interpretation, and affirmative action/diversity.
This position plays a key role in aligning HR strategies with business needs, managing complex HR projects, and supporting the growth and development of HR staff.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Serve as one of two team leads, each overseeing HR Employment Services staff supporting multiple divisions within the Department of Natural Resources.
+ Mentor, train, coach, and advise HR Employment Services staff to support their professional development and ensure compliance with all applicable statutes, policies, and procedures.
+ Review job postings, pay equity compensation analyses, job classification decisions, and other HR functions to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance.
+ Assist managers and supervisors across multiple divisions in addressing HR business needs, including position allocation, recruitment and selection, and compensation; manage the most sensitive and technically complex cases.
+ Provide HR consultation, analysis, and recommendations to managers and supervisors on employee, unit, and organizational issues.
+ Participate and lead meetings within Human Resource team and division leaders.
+ Lead special projects and workgroups as assigned.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Three years of related human resource experience assisting managers and supervisors with the hiring process including posting, selection, and compensation.

This position exits to perform custodial and grounds work, routine maintenance, repair, and minor construction on state buildings, structures, and parks and trails land using power tools and equipment in an indoor or outdoor environment. During a snow & ice season a snowplow shift is typically an A shift (12:00am-12:00pm) or B shift (12:00pm-12:00am); an employee may be asked to work more than an 8-hour shift depending on the length of the snow event. Temporary employees may work full-time or part-time (2-5 days, M-F, 7:00am - 3:30pm) or they work a snow & ice shift; snow & ice shifts can occur on regularly scheduled work days and scheduled days off, including Saturday and Sunday. Emergency employees are intermittent fill in drivers; they work a snow & ice shift, filling in for regular operators who are not available. Hours of work may include overtime, various shifts depending on emergency situations and will include working nights, weekends and holidays. Incumbents must have immediate access to a phone and be able to report to work within one-hour of being called. Some examples of work are listed below and not limited to the following:
Function Snow and Ice:
+ Maintains roadways for snow and ice control
+ Prepares and inspects winter equipment

The Division of Forestry is seeking to hire one (1) Planner Senior State position, the Terrestrial Invasive Species Prevention Specialist in St. Paul or Grand Rapids, MN. This position leads the Terrestrial Invasive Species (TIS) prevention and forest health outreach activities including the development, implementation, and evaluation of TIS prevention and public awareness programs.
Major responsibilities include:
+ Develop and implement comprehensive terrestrial invasive species (TIS) prevention plans for state forests, promoting collaboration with division staff, agency partners, recreationists, land users, and the public to identify practical strategies for reducing the spread of invasive species.
+ Develop presentations, printed and digital materials, to educate targeted audiences on prevention of terrestrial invasive plants threatening Minnesota's forests.
+ Lead the creation, execution and assessment of TIS prevention and public awareness workshops and trainings.
+ Coordinate the implementation of the state forest terrestrial invasive species plans with TIS Area Leads, Area Forest Supervisors, forestry program staff, and other department staff.
This position has a flexible work arrangement and may be eligible to telework on a part-time basis, up to 50% of the time, which is subject to change. If approved, the employee would be required to complete an annual telework agreement.
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in Forestry, Natural Resources, Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, or closely related field.
+ Two years professional experience in forestry, natural resources or a closely related field. *Masters degree in the above fields may substitute for one year of experience.
+ One year professional experience editing, writing and producing technical documents to successfully develop and implement outreach and communication efforts, campaigns, and programs.

**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Knowledge of DNR organizational structure and working knowledge of other state and federal resource management agencies, local governmental units and their respective authorities, programs, and responsibilities that pertain to forestry or natural resource management.

Human Services Technician is a direct care role within the state-operated Community Behavioral Health Hospital (CBHH) in Rochester. The CBHH provides short-term, acute inpatient psychiatric services in a 16-bed community-based setting. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
+ Maintain a repository of project information, including project documents, comment deadlines and draft comments, so that projects are reviewed accurately, openly and promptly and that proper document retention and posting of materials is completed.
+ Gather, analyze, and prepare information for the evaluation of proposed projects Region-wide that require Division of Ecological and Waters Resources review of Lands and Minerals utility licenses and state land reviews, public water permitting (Chapter 103G), Minnesota Wetland Conservation Act (WCA), Corps of Engineers (Section 10/404), Watershed Management Plans, and various miscellaneous program and Division related documents. This posting will be used to fill multiple permanent, part-time Direct Care position within DCT Community Based Services site in Cloquet, Mn. Shift Available: Rotating (day/evening combination).
We also offer shift differential for hours between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am!
The job coach assists individuals with cognitive/intellectual disabilities or related conditions in obtaining employment, teaching them their job and then provide on-going coaching while they work. Job Coaches also assist individuals in the community and at the program site to increase and develop skills through volunteer work and community activities.
Implementation of services will be in both the community and at the program site. The job coach also acts as a liaison between local businesses (employers) and program participants. This position also assists the program to meet Department of Labor, MN State licensing and Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) standards.
Responsibilities include:
Teaching and coaching program participants' job and independent living skills, and on-going job support.
+ Act as a liaison between businesses for program and community based opportunities for program participants.
+ Document supported person's activities, progress and care by recording, summarizing and maintaining data in standard forms and reports.
+ Participate in daily operations of the site to meet licensure, legal and applicable accreditation requirements and to adhere to established CBS/MSOCS policies and procedures.

**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
+ Current and valid driver's license
+ Demonstrate your ability to read and understand what they read, write sample reports, do basic arithmetic, and read and interpret charts and graphs

+ Clear communication skills
+ Basic computer skills
