Job Summary: The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading enterprise-wide initiatives that support Minnwest's strategic objectives by ensuring projects are planned, executed and delivered on time, within scope and on budget. This role facilitates cross-functional collaboration and ensures alignment with organizational goals. Acting as an informal leader, the Senior Project Manager will oversee project life cycles, coach and mentor team members, and ensure robust documentation, reporting and success measures are in place. This position plays a critical role in embedding Minnwest's core values into project delivery, ensuring the customer remains the first priority, commitments are honored, results are achieved, and teamwork is emphasized across the enterprise.
Duties and Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Develops and maintains the Project Management Program:
Submission, approval and prioritization processes
Management involvement and decision matrices
Documentation and reporting requirements
Training requirements and plans
Develops enterprise view of projects and provides monthly progress reports to management
Collaborates in risk assessment, planning, design, development, and deployment of new systems and application, and enhancements to existing systems and applications
Communicates project expectations to team members in a timely manner
Plans, schedules, tracks and reports on project timelines and milestones
Ensures development of success criteria, cost benefit analyses and post-implementation success monitoring
Delegates tasks and responsibilities relating to the project to appropriate personnel
Manages changes in the project scope, identifying potential crises, and devise contingency plans
Ensures the training to end users and the creation and maintenance of documentation and operating procedures for modified and new systems and products
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
5 years of project management experience, preference for community banking or financial services environment
Leadership, influence, strategic thinking and execution, communication and collaboration, problem solving, technical and analytical skills
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP, PgMP or other relevant professional certification
7 years project management experience with large, complex projects in a corporate or financial services setting
Ability to grasp complex systems, processes, and regulatory requirements
Proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence without direct authority
Schedule: Monday - Friday: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Create, document, and review established standard operating procedures and best practices to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of insurance operations.
Back up the case management team in answering and solving licensing questions from producers and employees; maintain the online contracting system and current appointment information; and process carrier appointment requests.
Back up the operations team in leveraging the agency management system (AMS)
to analyze data imports and commission statements to ensure the accuracy of payments and reporting. This includes pulling statements from carrier websites and coding them for accounting.

About this position
We are seeking a senior professional with experience in knowledge management (KM), developmental and content editing, teaching and communications (Comms) for evaluation in development.
What you'll do
Knowledge Management (KM): (1) Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of knowledge systems, products, and practices to ensure that the evidence, findings, and lessons generated by OVE are accessible, relevant, and used by internal and external stakeholders. Base Pay Salary
The estimated base salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per year. We have a pay-for-performance compensation philosophy. Your initial total compensation may vary based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical work location. In addition, most of our roles are eligible for variable pay in the form of bonus, commissions, and/or long-term incentives depending on the role. Proactively transition customers and prospects opportunities to achieve individual, team and organizational sales and service goals.
Assist customers with account changes or inquires as well as any issues or questions they may have.
Maintain knowledge of all bank products and services.
Comply with Minnwest Bank policies and procedures as well as state and federal banking laws and regulations.
Minimum Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent
One year cash handling and customer service experience or successful completion of business and fiduciary account training
Dependable, organized team player with a positive attitude
Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers in a clear, effective professional manner.
Willing to continuously learn and grow within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
2-year associate degree
1 to 2 years of consumer and business account openings, closings, and maintenance
Ability to multi-task, be organized, effective time management.
Pay Range: $22.40 - $25.20 hourly
The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. The salary range represents anticipated base pay for this role. The actual pay offered will consider internal equity and may vary based on factors including but not limited to work location, candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors.
Schedule: Full-time 40 hours per week Monday - Friday: 8 am - 5:30 pm Rotating Saturdays: 8am - Noon
Workplace Environment:
Requires face-to-face interaction and coordination of work with customers, other employees and departments, and in-person interaction.
Working at a computer and utilizing a telephone
Occasionally lifting up to 50lbs
