Oversee and evaluate all tennis/pickleball instructors lesson plans. Develop and sustain tennis cliental that supports the lesson program. Coordinate, organize and manage all District tennis/pickleball tournaments. Organize clinics and special events to meet the needs of the users. Provide training and workshops for the seasonal tennis instructors. Assist in maintenance, purchase, inventory and upkeep of equipment for tennis programs and tournaments. SKILLS AND TECHNOLOGY USED: * USAF Integrated Maintenance Data System (IMDS) * Working knowledge of aircraft unique tools such as test equipment, torque wrenches, dial indicators, micrometers, sheet metal brakes and sheers. QUALIFICATIONS: * Education / Certifications: * USAF or equivalent aircraft maintenance formal military training or FAA A&P license required. * Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance. * Experience: * USAF or equivalent aircraft maintenance, formal military training and/or FAA A&P license required. * Three years' aircraft maintenance experience (at least 1 year within the last 5 years of documented maintenance preferred). The current CBA rate for this position is $43.99/hr. The Assistant Project Manager will assist/support the Project Manager (PM) on project tasks as assigned, follow-up on deliverables, and review with the PM. Work assignments may include supporting multiple projects concurrently. While not otherwise involved in project-specific work, the APM I will support other project and proposal efforts, or may work with, or do rotations with the various operational support groups. Pay: This is an exempt/salary position. The pay range is $67,500 - $80,000. Pay may vary depending on your location, skills, and experience. Location/Travel Requirements: Position will be on-site at a job location in the Mid-West. 75% travel or more required. What You'll Do • Assists PM in the development of the initial project schedule in conjunction with engineering, estimating, project controls, procurement, and construction management personnel • Participates in value engineering and constructability reviews • Works with procurement to develop subcontractor and vendor scopes of work and schedules exhibits to the contracts for review by PM before processing • Works with the Health and Safety Manager on all safety-related issues, including but not limited to, development and implementation of the project-specific safety plan, reporting of incidents, and supporting the investigation of incidents • Assists the PM with project schedule and helps prepare monthly project review reports for the project management team and Senior Management • Provides feedback to improve Quality of all technical, commercial, and administrative deliverables for projects • Assists in procurement of purchase orders and subcontract packages • Monitor's progress of overall design, procurement, and construction of the project • Facilitates Project Close-Out and Warranty administration • Performs post-construction cost review and reporting and participates in lessons learned • Performs any other duties assigned by the PM, including acting as PM when PM is unavailable (when deemed qualified by PM/Operations Director) • Adheres to internal standards, policies, and procedures • Field document control • Creates daily reports • Takes progress photographs • Participates in value engineering and constructability reviews What You'll Bring Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Science/Management, Engineering, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or combination of work and education, may be substituted Experience on DB/EPC projects in the power delivery industry; ability to demonstrate thorough knowledge of materials, methods, and equipment used in transmission, distribution, and substation work Proficient in handling multiple projects and ensure law and requirements are being followed Proficient knowledge of project management systems - Primavera 6 preferred Familiar with technology and proficient computer skills (Microsoft Office and other software) Management and supervision skills High sense of integrity - job requires being honest and ethical Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Valid, Active Driver's License Pre-screen: Upon offer, employees will be required to complete and pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, and MVR check.
