Our IT Business Analyst-MES resource is responsible for Manufacturing Execution System (MES) software across Piston Automotive plants. They are responsible for ensuring the success of concurrent systems and technology projects and delivering effective information systems that meet external or internal customer, schedule and budgetary requirements. Piston currently runs a custom, legacy solution as well as purchased solutions. We are currently planning implementations using MAN-IT from Via. Experience with other MES software is acceptable. Demonstrated automotive MES experience is required. Detailed familiarity with labeling, scanning, inventory, shipments, financials, materials, procurement, integration, etc. As mentioned above, sequencing experience with 866, broadcast, etc. would be preferred but that can be trained if necessary. This position will liaise with plant personnel at each facility to ensure MES operations achieve operational expectations. This often entails business process definition, technical solution design, configuration and validation of MES-PLC and MES-ERP integration in a lab environment. The position is also responsible for training and coaching plant users and system administrators on MES functionality, systems management, troubleshooting, and best practices. Responsibilities
MES Subject Matter Expert Ability to configure and trouble-shoot MES software per plant and process requirements.

The Business Intelligence Developer senior will transform sales and operations data into relevant
