I'm the son of two Soviet immigrants - my mother is a classical pianist and my father is a technologist.

I grew up in the Bay Area, and started dozens of small businesses as a teenager - one of which (a music blog) I sold when I was 17.

I then joined the first class of Dr. Dre & Jimmy Iovine's program for Innovation at USC.

While in that program, I started Mira. We build augmented reality hardware & software, with a focus on building scalable and intuitive solutions for our users. Today, most of those users are in the enterprise & military. We've raised $9.5M from Sequoia, Founder's Fund, Marc Benioff, and others.

I am also a Sequoia Scout - meaning I invest in promising early stage startups on behalf of Sequoia.
