RESPONSIBILITIES - include and are not limited to:

Prepares, generates and distributes daily reports and order acknowledgements to appropriate personnel.
Responsible for notifying administration of any required updates of customer records on the organization's internal database.
Provides back-up support to other group members in the performance of job duties as required.
Answers customer inquiries/communications as required.
Attend and participate regularly in branch staff meetings. Maintains detailed call activity reports and provides them to upper management when required.
Provides activity/statistical summary reports each week to the Branch Manager each day.
Conducts follow up phone calls to survey respondents who have concerns or questions.

MANAGEMENT RESPONSIBILITIES- include and are not limited to:
Work with our Customer Service Team to oversee and coordinate completion of all Service Technician's and Installers daily tasks per their current . Includes proper skill matching, efficient routing, providing information, tools and necessary materials to complete their jobs.
Work with technicians and installers to ensure needed tools, parts, and inventory are matched with the work being done in the field to help reduce waste and increase efficiencies.
Be a direct first line of support for our Technicians and Installers to ensure compliance with company policies & processes, development, quality control, safety, and profitability in the field while providing our customers the highest possible level of customer service.
Ride and work with Service Technicians and Installers on site as needed for the purpose of training, quality control, compliance with company safety polices and to identify areas where individual Service Technicians need training.
Identify and coordinate required training for all Technicians and Installers, either as a group or individually as needed. This includes the training for all new hires.
Assist with and approve weekly payroll for all employees under your supervision.
Work in the field on advanced or more complex problems that require special attention.
Assist with the recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new Service Technicians as needed.
Attend trainings and meetings as requested by your direct supervisor.
Other assigned duties or tasks as needed.
Assists Director as needed on development, creation, and implementation of Service department quality standards and best practices.

FIELD REQURIEMENTS:
Install, maintain and repair heating, ventilation, and cooling units. Includes proper diagnosing and repair of mechanical & electrical components for these systems.
Maintain good working order of company vehicle, including appearance, reporting any issues to your direct Supervisor as needed.
Maintain proper stock, parts, tools, and safety equipment in the vehicle.
Document all installed equipment upon arrival: make, model, serial number, necessary measurements and pictures as necessary and prepare neat, complete service reports and records.
Diagnose diverse service issues, obtain any replacements parts, calibrate system to manufacturer's recommendations and explain fully to customer what the issue is and what is needed to correct it.

RESPONSIBILITIES - include and are not limited to:
Install, maintain, troubleshoot and repair gas fired equipment, appliances and distribution systems.
Maintain and repair company equipment such as pumps, regulators and vaporizers.
Maintain, set and repair tanks and cylinders install outside and inside lines, conduct system tests and perform system inspections.
Maintain and purge propane cylinders and tanks, fill storage containers and perform system repairs.
Maintain service vehicle by reviewing maintenance record, perform pre and post-trip inspections. Secure truck and equipment consistent with security policy.
Observe how to operate service vehicle in accordance with Company and government regulations.
Collaborate and work with dispatcher to confirm daily schedule/route, and to ensure that adequate fuel and supplies are on hand. Following all dispatch policies, plans and procedures.
Ride along and help deliver fuel as required and meet established performance standards.
Communicate clearly and effectively to convey information to new and existing customers.
Collect payment from customers as necessary.
Maintain a professional image and superior customer satisfaction.

Frequently remain stationary for a long period of time.
Be able to position self to stock shelves and coolers, sweep and mop floors, dust shelves, move trash containers and place in an outside bin, clean the parking lot and grounds (including gas pumps) surrounding the location.
Have the means to clean windows around the store.
Be able to enter and work in a cooler wat temperature of 30 degrees up to 30 minutes at a time.
