The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $140,000 to $175,000 annually. We are looking for full-time Regional RN/ LVN Quality Assurance Nurse.
Responsibilities:
Evaluates facility performance and conducts inspections of facilities to determine that standards for licensure and certification are maintained
Reviews medical and other pertinent records to determine compliance with standards of practice and regulations
Provides further education, training and guidance as needed
Observes nursing and related practices for conformance with standards and regulations
Prepares reports of findings, recommendations and assists with quality improvements
Consults with and provides technical assistance to the nursing departments through visits and the interpretation or clarification of policies and regulations
Provides information and guidance in the development of policies and standards of nursing practice for new programs
Regularly inspects the facility and nursing practices for compliance with standards of nursing practice and federal, state and local regulations
Observes that residents are provided with a comfortable, clean, orderly and safe environment
Available on-call for emergencies that supervisory personnel cannot handle
Follows up on completion of Dietary Consultant Reports, Pharmacy Consultation Reports and other facility consultant reports for appropriate and timely action by facility
Reports directly to the APO and VP of Operations on Quality Assurance recommendations
Must have current California Nursing License
Experience as a Regional / Clinical Skilled Nursing RN or LVN Consultant is preferred

CAREER TRACK LEADING TO THIS POSITION
Ideal CEO candidates will have extensive leadership experience and subject matter expertise in human services, including aging services, health care, community organizing, mental and behavioral health services, social justice, and/or social determinants of health. Candidates from various sectors such as nonprofit, government, for-profit, senior care, hunger relief, social enterprise, assisted living, public policy or food services will be considered.
Candidates should have wisdom and prudence in financial resource deployment and sufficient fiscal management experience to be conversant with the fiduciary responsibilities of a complex organization. Familiarity with the process and accountability required for government funding is helpful.
Demonstrated success in fundraising, strategic planning, innovation and transformational change, and board relations will be highly valued. A proven record of building and sustaining effective partnerships with diverse constituencies, including businesses, government officials and entities, community organizations, private foundations and donors, and other community partners is also highly valued.
COMPENSATION & ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS
The annual salary range for this position is $310,000-$360,000 plus bonus. Relocation assistance, if needed, is negotiable. A comprehensive and competitive benefits package will be provided.

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is
$35.00 to $42.00
. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
We are looking for part-time Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) for all shifts.
Responsibilities:
Takes and records temperatures, respiration, and pulse.
Administers medications prescribed by physician.
Sets up treatment trays, prepares instruments and other equipment, accompanies and assists physician with treatments.
Maintains records reflecting community members' condition, medication, and treatments.
Assists in maintaining a physical, social and psychological environment which will be conducive to the best interest and welfare of community members.
Maintains a working knowledge of resident's condition at all times.
Qualifications:

Previous experience in skilled nursing a plus, but not required.
