Thomas Logan is the founding Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Mirion Technologies, where he is responsible for all aspects of the company's operations. Previously, Mr. Logan served as CEO for Global Dosimetry Solutions. Mr. Logan has more than 30 years of energy industry experience. In addition, he has extensive experience within the contract manufacturing and consumer products industries. Mr. Logan holds a Bachelor of Science degree and a Master in Business Administration from Cornell University.

Brian was named the Chief Financial Officer in May 2020. Prior to becoming CFO, Brian was Senior Vice President, Business Transformation, focusing on leading our LEAN organization and other performance improvement initiatives. From 2016 to 2018, he led the successful integration of Canberra in this role. Before Mirion, Brian held senior finance leadership positions at Dover Corporation, SunEdison, and John Wood Group PLC.

Shelia Webb assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer in July 2019. She was previously the Spectroscopy Division President for three years. Prior to the Canberra acquisition, she served as Vice-President of Engineering for Canberra Industries. Throughout the past twenty three years, she held a series of management positions within Canberra in Product Management, Product Development and Services. She began her career in Oak Ridge, TN managing a Radiochemistry Laboratory while working for Lockheed-Martin Energy Systems in the Analytical Chemistry Division. She holds Bachelor of Science degrees from Tennessee Wesleyan University.

Mike Brumbaugh has been Chief Information Officer of Mirion Technologies since January 2008. Previously, Mr. Brumbaugh headed the data services development division based in Düsseldorf, Germany for Vodafone, the world's largest mobile service provider. He also served as the CTO for Vodafone's Global Platform division based in the U.S. Prior to Vodafone, Mr. Brumbaugh served as Vice President for Technical Services for Verizon Wireless and was Vice President and Executive Director of Information at AirTouch Cellular. He also held numerous director level positions in IT at Pacific Bell. Mr. Brumbaugh holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
