David J. Cullen is the President and CEO of J. P. Cullen & Sons, Inc. headquartered in Janesville, Wisconsin. Beginning in 1977, David moved through and mastered critical roles at our company on the road to assuming the challenges of president. Firstly an estimator and assistant project manager, David learned the fundamentals of project estimating and management duties on construction projects.
