Flexible schedule expecially if you are a student
Some house expecially Rosemary Connelly don’t care about staffs and it’s all about politics. Let resident insult staff cause at the end of the day they thing they are higher ups.
Working with the residents and doing activities with them.
Keeping us updated with Misericordia as a while
Treat staffs better
By being urself and don’t have to have an experience as a dsp.
Working with the residents and their families. I also had some great coworkers
The organization is run by a small group of older people who have worked there for 20+ years. They have high salaries and never come to the residential areas, but they make sudden decisions that negatively impact everyone and refuse feedback. They are quick to punish you, even for little things that should hardly even warrant a write up.
Working with the residents
The CEO team is highly problematic. They like to have everything “wrapped up be Friday”, which means cutting serious corners in a facility that runs 24/7/365. They punish those who don’t blindly agree with them.
I would replace MPO, CHK, AH, CH, GC, and KS with people who have an interest in a more community-focused mindset. The executive team is a group of temperamental, immature, closed-minded people.
The same way you’d prepare for any other interview
It’s probably similar, but because they’re catholic, they try to make it seem like the bonus from the state every July is a generous gift directly from Rosemary’s pocket
The diversity is more within which big-ten school you went to. They have a preference for white catholic leaders
I adored the actual function of the job. Caring for residents, helping their families, helping the staff, communicating and problem solving.
Great residents
Overwhelming, Poor Communication across campus, underpaid, no care or concern for staff, volition of state policy and procedures.
