Position Overview
The Manager of Facilities and Security is a key leadership role responsible for the safe, efficient, and smooth operation of the Museum s buildings, grounds, and infrastructure. This position oversees custodial, maintenance, and security staff, ensuring a well-maintained, welcoming, and secure environment for all visitors, staff, and artists. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct regular rounds of the Museum floor, monitoring for visitor and staff safety and
installation integrity.
Training, Compliance & Emergency Preparedness
Coordinate annual CPR, first aid, and active shooter trainings.
Conduct quarterly evacuation drills and new hire safety orientations.
Lead and facilitate the Museum s Safety Committee, fostering a culture of preparedness
and compliance.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal safety regulations and codes;
implement corrective actions as needed.
Event & Guest Support
Oversee safety and security needs for evening and special events (approx. 15 annually).
Assist with load-ins/outs and installation-related facility support.
Maintain awareness of Museum rules, policies, hours, and key exhibitions to provide
accurate information and model integrity in guest interactions.
External Relations & Partnerships
Serve as primary liaison with San Diego s Clean & Safe program and SDPD RSVP
volunteers to proactively address park and community safety needs.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and service providers to ensure quality delivery of
facility and security-related services.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma required; post-secondary education or facilities-related certifications
preferred.
5+ years of security or facilities-related experience, with demonstrated grown in role and
responsibilities.
2+ years of experience supervising security, custodial, or maintenance staff.
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; able to work effectively with staff, visitors,
vendors, and external partners.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with
facility/security systems (access control, CCTV, alarms).
Enthusiasm for working in a family-centered, nonprofit environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification.

As a PRN Residential SUD Counselor, you will provide support to our full-time counseling team and assist with group counseling, documentation, resident interactions, data entry, and other day-to-day program needs. This is a non-caseload position, designed to help maintain continuity of services during staff absences, high census periods, and agency needs.
Essential Functions
Support the facilitation of SUD groups and programming during daytime shifts
Document group activities, progress notes, and other required logs according to program and funding guidelines
Assist with administering daily Med Calls
Conduct and document resident drug screens
Complete tasks assigned by the Lead Counselor or Program Manager
Help resolve interpersonal issues between residents when appropriate
Support residents in following residential rules and routines

Client Housing Plans and Support

Provide coaching and navigation support so clients understand steps, timelines, and documentation requirements.

Build and maintain relationships with landlords, property managers, and transitional housing providers, and partner programs to expand housing options for clients.
Educate and engage housing providers and advocate on behalf of clients to support successful placements and sustainable tenancy.
Documentation, Compliance, and Team Collaboration
Maintain accurate, timely documentation and protect the confidentiality of the participant information in compliance with HIPAA and all confidentiality laws.
Follow policies, procedures, and protocols established by Operation HOPE North
County and relevant local, state, and federal laws.
Maintain cooperative and collaborative relationships with OHNC employees, volunteers, clients, and community partners.

CLA is growing and seeking to hire an experienced Director Tax Transformation to join our talented National Tax Services Team. This role is responsible for overseeing transformation projects at the firm by reviewing current and future state business processes, identifying improvements, integrating technology, communicating impacts, and monitoring metrics of success.
How You'll Create Opportunities In This Role
Communication & Training: Oversees development of process documentation, standardization, and training of transformation processes across the firm. Delivers training to practitioners and champions as needed. Develops communication and implementation plans that encourage adoption of initiatives and foster change management.
Project Management: Oversees and leads project management teams, assigning tasks to team members as needed. Leads annual transformation projects. Identifies and consults with subject matter experts (SMEs) for project initiatives.
Collaboration: Actively seeks out and includes SMEs and business stakeholders from across the CLA family, including service and industry leadership as well as project leadership. Collaboration results in enforcement of existing process standards, identification of problematic areas and recommendation of solutions.
Success Metrics: Leads measurement of key performance metrics (KPI's), reporting, and analysis. Coordinates with other areas of the firm to monitor success metrics as needed.
Mentorship: Provides training to junior members of the Transformation team and acts as point of escalation for complex transformation questions. May act as Peer Advisor and/or Career Coach to assist other family members in growing their inspired careers.
Experience
7 years of public accounting or professional services experience required.
Bachelor's degree is required. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) required.
Strong project management skills required (attention to accuracy, timeliness, conflict resolution, and alignment to priorities and commitments).
Basic knowledge of one or more applications used by CLA's practitioners preferred (CCH Axcess Tax suite, CCH Pfx Engagement, FloQast, QuickBooks, etc.).

Scope of Work
The Web Developer will design and build a lightweight, accessible, and searchable online landing page using an intuitive, low-maintenance platform that can host a variety of resource types, including original files (e.g., JPGs, InDesign, PNGs, Illustrator, MS Word, etc), videos, and external web links.
Responsibilities
Design and build a public-facing web page for users to submit new resources (files, links, descriptions and metadata).
