Responsibilities The Director of Food and Nutrition oversees the food safety and nutritional care aspects of the Food and Nutrition Services Department to ensure full compliance with federal, state and other regulatory agencies. The extern performs at the level that has successfully been completed and passed in the clinical section at a local college.
