Impact Life has a current opening for a Donor Services Supervisor. This is a working supervisor position and will be fully trained on the entire blood collection processes. The Supervisor will provide daily supervisory responsibilities such as interviewing, hiring, and performance management to assigned team. The Supervisor will work under the direction of the Manager to ensure overall compliance to policies and procedures and adherence to quality standards. Additionally, the Supervisor will provide coaching and motivation to his/her assigned team to promote excellent customer service and donor satisfaction.
