Favoritism by Supervisors, Management, chaos you don't know who to Trust, very hostile work community and some clinics , and they will band together to lie on you from ( especially if you aren't apart of there clicks ) , lots of clicks and favorites here , co - workers , providers, Management, .. can be a great place if the politics would stop, the back biting and to facing and the privilege's mentality would go away.

The Patients !! knowing that I provided them provide good quality care, I love what i do and the medical field its very rewarding. just wish the work community was more positive, adaptive and open to all and not to just some !!!

I love my job and most of my coworkers, my shift is only two days a week so it is a perk that I can be at home with my special needs son during the week
