Pros of working at Missouri S&T

- The Students are amazing - Benefits are good - Small, walkable campus

Cons of working at Missouri S&T

- Upper administration does not care about the student body or employees - People get moved up into higher paying positions who are ill equipped - VERY Political - Middle and lower management employees are taken advantage of and manipulated and many times flat out lied to - The right hand not talking to the left - Decisions made without knowing the demographic Honestly, the list goes on.
