    **Major Responsibilities/Activities:** + Assess the implementation of the Quality Program and provide guidance on improvements. + Provide the Mistras personnel with guidance in the application and implementation of the Quality Assurance Program. + Contribute to the process of writing, revising and implementation of the Mistras Quality Manual, Procedures, Forms, etc. + Conduct Principal Level 3 activities, and/or support for specific clients or industry (i.e. Aerospace, Nuclear, DoD, etc.). + Lead and participate in internal quality and process audits. + Manage the Corrective and Preventive Action process and perform data analysis. + Effectively communicate with customers, responding to inquiries regarding the Mistras Quality Program. + Coordinate and assist with customer/external quality audits, including the completion of corrective actions and audit attendance when necessary. + Manage with the review of contracts, purchase orders, job travelers and work instructions. + Manage and oversee the personnel qualification and certification process, maintaining records, working with NDT Level III certifiers. + Manage the implementation of new procedures within the company. + Ensure changes to the Quality Assurance Program are documented by either revising the affected documents or reviewing the revised documents. **Minimum Requirements:** + Minimum of 5 years of experience managing and auditing ISO 9001 Quality Systems. + Hold Level 3 Certifications in at least two testing methods and/or at least 4 years of direct experience in the management of quality activities. + Must have experience with NAVSEA quality program management. + Must hold or willing to obtain Lead Auditor Certification. + Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders and external clients. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. + Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic work environment and meet defined deadlines. + Willingness and ability to travel to job sites and assigned locations, including after-hours incident response and on-call availability. + Approximately 40% travel required, including occasional overnight and weekend stays. **Essential Physical Functions:** Ability to lift 30 pounds This job description reflects management's assignment of essential functions; and does not prescribe or restrict the tasks that may be assigned.
