    What will you do? As a Technical Staff member of the ISR Systems and Architectures Group, you will be responsible for systems analysis studies of critical DoD missions, planned DoD capabilities, and new technologies. This entails contributing to the development of physics- and engineering-based models for a wide array of technologies related to sensors, aircraft, satellites, communication systems, navigation, and data exploitation. While previous experience in these systems isn't required, you must be able to leverage your strong technical background to rapidly become knowledgeable about these technologies as you learn from, and collaborate with, experts across the Laboratory. Additionally, you will prepare and present high-quality briefings to convey key study findings and recommendations, and will deliver these to a range of audiences including DoD senior leaders, government technology experts, and Lincoln Laboratory colleagues. Own and maintain KBAs, runbooks, RACIs, workflows, and architecture patterns; ensure global applicability and version control. Global Project Support & Governance Contribute to project scope, risk identification, acceptance criteria, and Key Performance Indicator (KPI) Objective and Key Results (OKR) definitions for global rollouts.
