Early in his career, he worked at Motorola™ and Nice™ Systems Ltd. in a variety of engineering, operations, and general management positions. Erez holds a BSc in Computer Science from the Technion, Israel's Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.
