• Provide comprehensive outpatient pediatric care from newborn through adolescence

Administer topical treatments as prescribed.

Certified Medication Aide Qualifications:
Must hold current, valid CMA / CNA licenses in the state of Iowa.
CPR certification required.
Communicate effectively with residents, families and staff.
Regular attendance is required.

Essential Job Functions include but are not limited to:
Prepares patient for ultrasound procedure by accurately assessing patient's needs and providing patient education.
Performs clinical assessment and diagnostic sonography examinations.
Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify, record, and adapt procedures as appropriate to anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic information and images.
Operates ultrasound equipment for data acquisition, reconstruction, and documentation of images and performs quality control measures for the purpose of ensuring quality images.
Assists radiologists and qualified providers with special procedures (biopsies, aspiration, etc.).
Follows protocols established by a radiologist for each ultrasound procedure.
Prepares patient's images for interpretation by radiologists.
Confirms patient identification by two patient identifiers.
As necessary, consult with a radiologist and/or other providers regarding procedures.
Maintains ultrasound equipment and work area, and maintains adequate supplies, and monitors outdated.
Reports equipment failures to the appropriate staff member.
Practices sterile techniques and prevents cross-contamination.
Ensures cleanliness of ultrasound equipment and room and maintains supplies for the ultrasound area.
Assumes responsibility for the safety, mental, and physical comfort of patients while they are in the sonographer's care.
Delivers quality patient care with respect for patient rights, dignity, and age-specific needs. Complies with Safety and Infection Control Policy & Procedure.
Checks for proper orders, lab results, signed informed consents, and patient preps for all ultrasound procedures.

Qualifications
Requirements include but are not limited to:
Graduate of an accredited radiologic health science program or School of Ultrasonography; and registered by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers or be registry eligible.
Prefer prior sonographer experience.
Required to be current in BLS (Basic Life Support) by the standards of the American Heart Association.
Required to show proof of having completed Mandatory Reporter course at time of hire or attend within 6 months of start date.

Job Summary
Supervises a therapy services department; develops and implements overall therapy policies, procedures, services and programs. Develops and implements overall designated therapy setting's rehabilitation policies and procedures and treatment protocols consistent with the health care facility's vision, mission and strategic plan. Supervises and expands health rehabilitation teams and programs to ensure efficient and effective operations in the rehabilitation services department. Participates in the measurement, assessment and improvement of rehabilitation services and programs to produce quality patient/resident care with optimal patient/resident outcomes. Provides input for the annual operating and capital expenditure budgets for the rehabilitation services department. Assists and encourages in the contribution of strategic planning, day-to-day operations and attainment of the strategic initiatives of the organization. Provides day-to-day work guidance for a team or work group often in a shift and/or in the completion of tactical processes. Uses a combination of knowledge and experience to provide technical direction. Performs staff work in their area of expertise along with providing formal leadership and provide patient/resident care to meet department needs. Accountable for expense management and team financial/quality/service/ efficiency targets. Aware of budget targets and team's impact to achievement of financial goals. Has discretion over limited expenditures for the work unit. Plans, organizes and delivers specialized therapy programs that help clients/patients/residents recover and improve their mobility, relieve pain, and increase strength. Conducts examinations, evaluations, and interventions patients/residents who are affected by injury or disease. Utilizes tools and techniques to administer therapy interventions following safeguards. Documents client's/patient's/resident's information for evaluation; establishes therapeutic plans and modifies them if necessary. Educates clients/patients/residents and their family members about treatment plans/schedules and self-exercises to be continued at home. Knowledge of and utilizes appropriate age-related treatments and evaluations relating to the needs of clients/patients/residents. Demonstrates and incorporate knowledge of current research into daily treatment of clients/patients/residents. May treat individuals of all ages with varying diagnosis and disorders. Will demonstrate documentation in accordance with departmental guidelines and meet all regulatory requirements. Demonstrates level of treatment associated with their specialty provided to their clients/patients/residents. Follows and adheres to accepted clinical practice guidelines of professional organization.
Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice.
When applicable, may require valid driver's license.
Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
Qualifications
Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure.
Two years of experience in therapy and rehabilitation.
Requires current licensure as an Occupational, Physical, or Speech Therapist in state(s) of practice and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges as required by position. Basic Life Support (BLS) for health care providers required or within the first 60 days of employment.
When applicable, may require valid driver's license and expected to travel up to 50% of the time based on needs.

We are looking for an Crisis Co - Responder to join our team. The Crisis Co - Responder responds to calls for service related to mental health with Davenport Police Department officers to de-escalate crises, screens individuals for appropriate mental health and substance use disorder related services, and assesses risk and protective factors for those at high risk for suicidal/homicidal actions.
Crisis Co -Responder will be a mix between afternoon shift (1:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and mid shift (10:00 AM - 8:00 PM) with coverage required every other weekend.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Ride along with local law enforcement during scheduled shift to be dispatched directly to relevant incidents or be dispatched to the scene post-initial law enforcement contact.
Provide clinical support on the scene, conduct screening and assessments, review known client history, and refer to community resources as needed.
Provide proactive follow-up support to encourage client services and treatment engagement.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with those contacted in the course of work.
Communicate effectively with individuals in highly stressful situations.
Serve as a subject matter expert in co-response and de-escalation in crisis situations
WHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Bachelor's degree in social work and/or criminal justice or in related area.
Previous experience in working with persons with mental illness; previous experience working and collaborating with law enforcement.
Previous experience in mental health crisis intervention through non-traditional modalities
Valid Driver's License.

Duties and Responsibilities
Promotes the mission, vision, and values of the organization.

Upon patients' arrival, verify identification, review medical orders, collect documents and obtain consent for the study.

Ensures proper instrumentation for each procedure.
Perform visual checks at the start of each scheduled shift to assure you have all required equipment and materials needed to start your shift. Following quality assurance visual assessment, sign off on your Visual Check Form.
Documents concisely, precisely and accurately on all records or documents as indicated by policy.
Participates in quality assessment activities as directed for the continuous improvement of patient care.
Stage sleep for your studies.
Apply electrodes and sensors according to accepted published standards.
Perform routine Positive Airway Pressure (PAP) interface fitting and desensitization.
Respond to sleep patients' procedural-related inquiries by providing appropriate information.
Follow procedural protocols (such as Multiple Sleep Latency Test (MSLT), Maintenance of Wakefulness Test (MWT), parasomnia studies, PAP and oxygen titration, etc.) to ensure collection of appropriate data.
Perform appropriate physiological calibrations to ensure proper signals and make required adjustments.
Follow “lights out” procedures to establish and document baseline values (such as body position, oxyhemoglobin saturation, respiratory and heart rates, etc.).
Follow “lights on” procedures to verify integrity of collected data and complete the data collection process (e.g. repeat the physiological and instrument calibrations and instruct the patient on completing questionnaires, checking for completeness, etc.).
Responsible for scanning, uploading and printing your own paperwork in a timely and organized manner.
Participates in conference calls, staff meetings, functions and trainings, and continuing education.
Compliance with continuing education programs, including timely completion of mandatory training in Company training program(s) (e.g. Sharepoint) as scheduled.
