Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned Qualifications and Required Experience: β€’ Friendly personality comfortable initiating greetings and conversations β€’ Experience using basic tools β€’ Previous proven experience accurately counting, handling, and keeping track of money β€’ Ability to quickly learn, pari-mutual equipment, and rules and regulations β€’ Basic understanding of, and experience using, computers and computer programs β€’ Ability to communicate effectively in English, including both written and verbal forms β€’ Professional appearance and personal hygiene as deemed appropriate by supervisor β€’ Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company β€’ Verify right to work in the United States β€’ At least 21 years of age β€’ Obtain and maintain the required Gaming License. β€’ Successfully complete and pass pre-employment drug screenings. β€’ Work is performed indoors. β€’ More than 40 hours a week will be required at times. Work hours subject to change. β€’ Must be able to work long hours under busy conditions. β€’ Subject to hazards which may cause personal bodily harm; smoke, common colds, influenza, dust, odors, and elevated noise levels. β€’ Tasks may be performed on uneven, inclined, hard and soft carpeted floors, cement structures and surfaces. β€’ Duties may involve walking, standing for long periods of time, sitting and crouching. β€’ Specific required movements include the following: o Trunk-bend, twist, rotate, push, pull, and carry. o Arms-reach, carry, push, pull, lift, twist, and rotate. o Legs-lift, push, pull, twist, and rotate. o Hands-grasp, manipulate, bilateral coordination, eye and hand coordination, overall and finger dexterity. o Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
