Dave Sipes serves as 8x8’s Chief Executive Officer. Sipes has an extensive twelve-year history in business management at RingCentral, most recently he was Chief Operating Officer where he led innovation, engineering, global sales, marketing, customer care, international operations, corporate development, and business development. Prior to that he oversaw a variety of key functions, including Chief Revenue Officer and, prior to that, Vice President of Corporate Development. Before joining RingCentral, Sipes was co-founder and COO of Branders.com, the nation’s largest online B2B seller of promotional items. Prior to that, Sipes worked in brand management at PepsiCo and was a principal at Booz Allen Hamilton in their marketing intensive group, providing strategic guidance to marketing and media companies such as Heinz Company, Callaway Golf, and Universal Pictures. Sipes also serves on the board of directors of PandaDoc, an all-in-one document automation company that streamlines the process of creating, approving, and eSigning proposals, quotes, and contracts. Sipes holds a master’s degree in business administration with an emphasis in marketing from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of California, Berkeley.

Thomas R. Stanton joined ADTRAN in 1995 as vice president of marketing for the Carrier Networks (CN) Division. Since that time, he has held a number of senior management positions within the company including senior vice president and general manager of the CN Division. He was named ADTRAN’s chief executive officer in September 2005, and chairman of the board in 2007. Prior to joining ADTRAN, he served as vice president of marketing and engineering at Transcrypt International and held several senior management positions with E. F. Johnson Company. Stanton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from Auburn University.

Leigh Fox is President and Chief Executive Officer of Cincinnati Bell Inc. Mr. Fox has been with Cincinnati Bell since July of 2001, most recently as President and Chief Operating Officer. In that role, he was responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations, sales and customer care for both the Entertainment & Communications Segment and the IT Services & Hardware Segment. Mr. Fox also served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer from 2013 until September 2016, responsible for all aspects of finance, accounting, and treasury. Prior to 2013, Mr. Fox had increasingly larger corporate responsibilities as Chief Administrative Officer, and Senior Vice President of Finance and spent eight years in senior roles within the company’s technology services business. A native of Cincinnati, Mr. Fox holds a bachelor's degree from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Cincinnati. He is on the boards of the USA Regional Chamber, American Red Cross and Anthony Munoz Foundation. He is a member of the Cincinnati Business Committee and the Business Leader’s Alliance.
