ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a Senior RF Systems Architect Engineer for Advanced Electronics Systems, you'll lead a cross functional team responsible for envisioning and realizing the next generation of tactical radios and GPS/Navigation solutions for the US Armed Forces.

Performance evaluation of signal processing solutions
Signal processing background. Solid understanding of concepts like adaptive filtering, FFTs, windowing, filtering, decimation, and interpolation
Signal processing and digital signal processing (DSP) Specifically in the realm of communication theory, stochastic processes, and adaptive filtering.
Work effectively in a cross functional team as well as a diverse customer base
Develop testing criteria and execute validation of designs
Experience working in a fast-paced development environment focused on fielding complex signal processing solutions
Proficient in signal processing algorithm development in MATLAB or Python
Demonstrated problem-solving, verbal and written communication, presentation and organizational skills
Proven technical leadership skills ability to generate and deliver creative problem solutions
Strong ability to manage tasks and projects independently with urgency
In addition, the candidate must possess excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to travel worldwide, up to 20%
