The National and Defense Intelligence Division is seeking an experienced leader to be the Principal Engineer for the USINDOPACOM J2 Intelligence Data Layer, previously known as the Common Intelligence Picture, a J2 top priority requirement. The successful candidate will bring proven expertise in establishing technical and functional requirements, developing test plans, and executing complex validation and verification events to establish Initial and Full Operational Capability. The applied systems engineer will design, develop, and integrate complex systems to create a unified and shared understanding of the intelligence environment for decision-makers across the full spectrum of operations and organizations. The systems engineer will collaborate with capability developers to ensure alignment with technical requirements and system integration goals and work closely with stakeholders to verify that all components function cohesively, contributing to a unified and seamless integrated system.
