We are seeking an experienced and strategic Executive Compensation Principal to join our Global Total Rewards team. Role Responsibilities:

Prepare materials for Compensation Committee meetings, including developing presentations, analyses, and benchmarking data. Partner with internal and external partners to ensure materials are timely and relevant.

Responsible for global mobility and relocation programs and compliance and partner with HRBPs, Finance, Tax and Legal to ensure proper administration and governance.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, or related field.
8+ years of experience in compensation.
3+ years of executive compensation experience.
3+ years of experience working in a publicly-held company.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree or CEP/CECP would be highly preferred.
Deep knowledge of executive pay practices, equity compensation, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC, IRS, FASB).
Experience supporting Compensation Committees and preparing proxy disclosures.

Assist patient through the surgical booking experience, from prepping quotes for the initial consultation to the interactions with patients between initial consultations and surgery booking and any communications prior to the surgery.
Maintain intricate knowledge of surgical procedures and Practice offerings and pricing models and goals and be able to interpret and apply that knowledge to meet patient goals with ultimate goal of booking surgeries.
Quickly build accurate quotes based on information provided by individuals in the first consultation, and communicate with patients about surgery quotes, financing options, and cancellation policy, helping them understand options and working with them to book the surgery.
Provide detailed written summaries of quotes to patients and potential patients after initial consultation to give them all relevant information needed to be able to book surgeries.
Track quotes given and booking rate; track reasons given for not booking, and follow up with those who have not elected the surgery to try to get them to book; set up in-person consults as needed to try to drive booking.
Once patients have booked surgery, schedule surgery and payment deadlines and communicate information to the patient; during second consultation, meet with the patient and go over before and after photos, walk patient through the surgical journey, both before and after, and answer any questions patient may have.
One week prior to surgery, send patient details needed immediately before or the day of the surgery, share testing requirements and items for patient to take to the surgery center and confirm implant info.
Ensure all patient paperwork is completed prior to surgery and order any pre-admission testing or pre-operative clearance as needed; additionally, ensure results are received and recorded
Build relationships with surgical patients to enlist vocal brand ambassadors.

As a Senior Process Engineer in the Purilogics business unit at Donaldson Company, you will play a key role in advancing membrane-based chromatography products. You will lead the design, optimization, and scale-up of chemical synthesis processes critical to our product development as well as assist with the successful technology transfer from R&D to manufacturing. This role requires in-depth knowledge of chemical and engineering principles, hands-on technical expertise, and strong leadership in driving projects from early development through technology transfer. You will collaborate cross-functionally with R&D, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain teams to ensure robust, efficient, and cost-effective processes. Qualified candidates must be able to work an on-site schedule at our Greenville, SC office.
Role Responsibilities:
Lead chemical synthesis projects focused on membrane functionalization, including planning, execution, and reporting, while ensuring on-time delivery.
Design, optimize and scale up processes for new and existing products, with a focus on efficiency, reproducibility, and high quality.
Develop and execute experimental studies, analyze data, and generate recommendations for process improvements.
Design and establish test methodologies to support process development and validation
Prepare and review technical documentation, including protocols, reports, and process descriptions, and deliver presentations as needed.
Collaborate with R&D teams to transfer technologies into manufacturing, ensuring smooth scale-up and implementation.
Support troubleshooting of complex process issues and provide technical guidance to cross-functional teams.
Act as a technical lead by providing guidance and mentorship to emerging R&D scientists and engineers.
Communicate results and analyses effectively to stakeholders to support decision-making.
Support other operational activities as required.

Minimum Qualifications:
PhD in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Mechanical Engineering, Material Science or Master's degree with 3+ years of relevant industrial experience in chemical synthesis process development, scale-up, or manufacturing or Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience in chemical synthesis process development, scale-up, or manufacturing.
Experience in scaling up wet chemical processes.
Experience with statistical analysis (e.g. ANOVA, t-test, capability analysis), DoE (Design of Experiments), and process modeling tools.
Proficient in MS Office: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams while meeting strict deadlines.
Proven track record of leading projects and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong knowledge of chemical and physical principles applied to process engineering.

The Field Service Technician II for Donaldson Filtration Services, a Donaldson company, you will be responsible for inspecting, diagnosing, and repairing dust collection systems. As a Field Service Technician II you will support multiple industries including but not limited to manufacturing, mining, agriculture, and the power industries. Primary geographic responsibility will be Northeast including Connecticut, Massachusetts, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, New Jersey and Upstate New York. Overnight travel expectations are 10% . This position is based in Enfield, CT and the candidate should be near there.
Role Responsibilities:
* Perform routine scheduled, unscheduled preventative maintenance and general maintenance services on industrial ventilation systems and other filtration equipment.
* Establish & maintain a positive relationship with customers, vendors and co-workers through effective oral and written communication skills via phone, computer, and face to face.
* Represent the company by serving as the direct customer contact.
* Continually enforces safety to the highest standards.

Hourly Pay Range: $24.08 - $30.09 per hour, depending on relevant experience, qualifications, and skills.
