Responsibilities:
Assembles hydraulic component parts, hydraulic sub-assemblies or completed units. Includes electronic, electro-mechanical, mechanical, structural products, instrument, air/hydraulic piping and plastic parts assembly. Must be knowledgeable in machine assembly techniques to ensure proper fits, clearances, finishes, travels, limits, lubrications, preservations, etc. Some background in hydraulic systems testing and operations preferred

What we look for
We are seeking for this role a field services technician to assist and support other team members in commissioning and after sales service. You will successfully work unsupervised and be capable of making informed decisions to complete the tasks as instructed.
How you will do it
Check in with Manager after the end of each workday while in the Field
During, and/or at the end of each day/job, complete all company provided forms to the fullest extent possible.
Responsible for completing daily scheduled tasks.
Check in with client at the beginning and end of each day.
Obtain client signature on company provided forms where applicable.
Use Time Clocks in the plant and ADP app when in the Field to account for daily times.
Hand in paperwork at the end of each trip for processing in sequential order.
Ensure all receipts or invoices for expenses have job numbers and get sent to the correct person.
Ensure all excess materials used for each job are listed properly and documented.
Assist on job sites with other JCI/Silent-Aire Field Technicians as needed.
Answer all office emails/calls in a timely manner.
Check in as needed to ensure Manager or Field Supervisor are aware of your status.
Secure parts and tools needed throughout the day for various jobs as required.
Report all warranty repairs to the Manager or Field Supervisor and provide the necessary info needed to report back to the plant if it is a Silent-Aire internal issue.
Consult Manager or Field Supervisor in times of uncertainty.
Give training to Field Service Technician - Level 1 and support as needed.
Follow all company policies and lead by example. Respect and strictly adhere to the non-disclosure policies, on the jobsite and away.
Maintain all safety equipment at all times.

What you will do:
As a Construction Project Manager with Johnson Controls, you will take the lead in managing significant Security Controls construction projects, each valued at $1M or more, within our Building Solutions North America division. Your primary mission will be the profitable execution of assigned projects, working closely with sales managers, installation managers, and various teams to enhance strategy, vendor selection, scope improvements, value engineering, and risk management. What you will do

What you will do:
The Permit Coordinator is responsible for compiling data and paperwork to assist in processing local (building, zoning, planning) permits & approvals and State / Federal Environmental (ACOE, DOE & DOT) permit applications/approvals. This position works closely with the CAD and Install team on identifying necessary permits / approvals and is responsible for the planning, delivery, management, and coordination of project permits / approvals, and inspections. What you will do
Perform Installation, configuration, testing and troubleshooting activities on Intrusion Alarm Systems, Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Network infrastructure; PA Systems, Fire Alarm, and other PC based Systems.
How you will do it
* Perform installation and verification activities on Security related equipment for large installations, including installing, testing and commissioning
* Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, schematics, submittals, and specifications
* Complete "As Built" drawings upon the completion of the project
* Complete reports for submission to customers and carry out system acceptance tests with AHJ's and other interested parties
* Maintain up to date knowledge of various product lines
* Consult with Clients to assess risk and to determine Security requirements
* Participate in rotation on-call schedule
What we look for
Required
* Must have working knowledge of equipment application, compatibility, mounting techniques, programming, and testing
* Completion of Electronic Technician program or equivalent experience
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Valid driver's license; must be able to pass driving background check
Preferred
* Preference will be given to those who have IT standards and network topology experience
* Experience supporting the implementation of analog, hybrid and IP CCTV systems, access control systems, intercom systems, wireless, intrusion systems, and fire alarm systems
* Must have working knowledge of local and national codes for inspection and test purposes
* Demonstrated ability to program basic operations on micro-processor based systems without supervision
* Proficient in the operation of computers and knowledgeable on MS operating systems (including Windows 2000 Server). Ability to configure PC hardware and application programs
* Computer Network Experience and Qualifications would be a strong asset to this position
* Experience working in the construction industry and construction management
* Experience in the design or design assist in low voltage applications is desirable
* Understand technical system architecture
* Strong troubleshooting skills with working knowledge of electronic test equipment
* Good communication skills and solid understanding of communication protocol

What you will do
The Commercial Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Johnson Controls Security services and technology within an assigned territory, using relationships, and closing new business for Johnson Controls Security and ensuring customer retention. This person is the Johnson Controls Security "brand steward", charged with telling the Johnson Controls Security story and clearly demonstrating that Johnson Controls Security is the leading electronic security provider. The Commercial Account Executive is responsible for securing profitable sales and upgrades to new, existing and discontinued Johnson Controls Security Commercial customers while improving customer satisfaction and retention by initiating post installation follow-ups. This rep will also have a commanding knowledge of our product line, as well as that of our services.
How you will do it
Adhere to current Johnson Controls Security policies, procedures, products, programs and services.
Create new market share by selling Johnson Controls Security products and services to new local commercial customers.
Sell additional products and services to existing accounts that continue to present new sales opportunities.
Sell add-ons, amend, and convert existing customer systems to meet the customers' expectations.
Renew existing customer agreements.
Responsible for resale opportunities within an assigned territory Identify prospects using creative lead-generating techniques and maintain productive working relationships with existing customers.
Independently establish call plans and customer follow-up strategies and tactics, and consistently apply time and territory management techniques.
Follow up with prospects.
Maintain an in-depth knowledge of complete line of products/services and customers' issues and needs through in-house training and reading/research.
Obtain referrals and work with Centers of Influence.
Process work order and complete all paperwork in accordance with approved and standardized procedures.
Conduct post-installation follow-up by contacting customer, ensuring commitments were met and affirming customer satisfaction once the customer has been in service
What we look for
Required
High school degree or equivalent required.
Excellent oral, written and presentation skills with the ability to present to senior level executives within the customer and Johnson Controls Security organizations
Ability to work a full-time schedule
Available for local travel
Preferred
College degree preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience as a successful commercial sales representative in the security, IT or other technology sales industry, demonstrated by the consistent ability to meet and exceed quota.
HIRING SALARY RANGE: $52,000 - $69,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account project, quarterly, and annual margin. This position includes a competitive benefits package.
