Coordinate and update the Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS)/ Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP) in support of the Crystal Mover Services, Inc. Dulles Automated People Mover (APM) systems. Activities include inputting, tracking and reporting the following: work orders, assets, preventative and repair maintenance, failure monitoring, and stock levels, asset management, including, but not limited to; ordering, tracking, receiving and entering items into the MMIS/SAP database.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Ensure the MMIS/SAP inventory database system is complete and up to date per Company/Airport requirements.
Input APM data per MMIS/SAP requirements in a timely and complete manner.
Assist in the off-site pick-up as well as the site-wide allocation of parts, tools, and other materials.
Record, control, and monitor site inventory using MMIS systems.
Coordinate and complete all storeroom activities, including the shipping, receipt, recording, tracking, allocation, and replacement ordering of spare parts, tools, and other materials.
Coordinate deliveries and shipping.
Coordinate returning parts for repairs.
Track and follow up on returned parts, repairs, and warranties.
Issue parts to work orders for maintenance.
Estimate procurement required based on usage trending, lead time, storage space, and budget.
Other duties may include:
Maintain a safe work area and comply with safety procedures and equipment operating rules, keeping work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Participate in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicate issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems, and maintain a specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Tools and Equipment used:
Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS), Systems, Applications, and Products in Data Processing (SAP), computer and peripherals, standard and customized software applications and tools, pallet jacks, forklift, and usual office equipment.
Knowledge/License:
A minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in inventory control or storeroom operations required.
Prior experience with an inventory management program, preferably MMIS/SAP.
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.
Knowledge and experience in complicated written instructions, drawings or schematics preferred.
Must be licensed to operate a motor vehicle and have a satisfactory driving record.
Must pass Dulles International Airport Security Clearance.
Proficient in written and verbal English language
Education:
Associate's degree in Business, Operations or similar degree preferred.

Provide technical guidance/expertise in functional area up to and including using complex manuals and blueprints.
Mentor, train, and provide performance feedback.
Provide input on disciplinary actions, performance management programs and selection process.
Comply with environmental health and safety policies/procedures.
Participate in 5-S activities.
Provide in-put on accident investigation and associated paperwork.

The Predictive Diagnostics Team at Johnson Controls is looking for a vibration data analyst with a background and strong interest in condition monitoring, predictive maintenance, and diagnostics on HVAC machinery. An engineering degree is not required for this position; equivalent experience is acceptable if it is experience in predictive technologies. This team performs condition monitoring of HVAC machine (chiller, pumps, fans, cooling towers, etc.) installed worldwide and is supporting the development of leading-edge diagnostics technologies that include Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. This position supports Johnson Controls OpenBlue platform of offerings, this complete suite of connected solutions and tailored services, combines 135 years of building expertise as we brought together best in class capabilities, products, solutions, and services under one digital architecture to create a dynamic connected environment.
This team consists of technical experts who analyze performance data and prescribe corrective actions needed to maintain or return machines to optimal operating conditions. We use various diagnostics techniques from the condition monitoring industry, including vibration, ultrasound, oil analysis, infrared, motor circuit analysis. Collects and analyzes the equipment associated with data. Expand subject matter knowledge and obtain first, second and third levels of industry certification in applicable field. In this position, you will be analyzing a lot of data. You will also be working with many different internal stakeholders. This includes the field technician, branch manager, customer support, and factory engineers. General responsibilities will include:
* Analyze data and generate reports with observations and recommendations on the performance, operation, and maintenance of building equipment and systems to help field account teams deliver existing services and/or propose new services and equipment retrofits.
* Perform testing procedures on various types of equipment and/or products. Collect performance and condition data utilizing engineering principles and software tools.
* Provide first level of support to field technicians and mechanics on associated hardware and software tools used to collect performance data.
* Learn new methods of analyzing performance data to improve report results. And implement results in an Automated Diagnostic system.
* Research new equipment and system types and produce internal and field process documentation.

What you will do
The Field Project Manager is part of our Building Solutions North America business at Johnson Controls. Lead large, complex, multi-million dollar Controls construction projects throughout the U.S. This is a U.S. Based Remote position. Will travel to customer site as required by the project, may travel up to 50% or more at times.
Under general direction, responsible for the profitable execution of assigned Projects. Works with Owner and contractor sales managers and branch installation manager and teams as needed to provide sales support activities early in the TAS and development process to provide recommendations on strategy, vendor / partner's selection, scope enhancements, value engineering, risk assessment etc. as needed. Ensures that assigned projects are done accurately, on-time, billed, within budget and within scope of the contract. Maintains positive cash flow. Actively pursues selling change orders. Ensures work performed is in compliance with state, local and Federal legal requirements and operates on the job with the highest of ethics. Adheres and ensures Johnson Controls staff and subcontractors enforce to all safety standards. Responsible for following consistent and repeatable project management procedures and processes. Maintains an effective balance between customer satisfaction and project financial results.
How you will do it
Acts as the primary on-site leader for execution teams on assigned projects. Develops project schedules and implements according to plan for assigned projects.
Evaluates the contractual scope of work and the impact of client issued bulletins, field directives and / or scheduling changes. Actively pursues additional work through change orders. Performs associated cost estimates, prepares proposals and negotiates final settlement price and customer acceptance.
Manages costs, billings and collections. Completes' project billings in a timely and accurate format to the client. Maintains profitability goals and positive cash flow.
Reviews and interprets contract Terms and Conditions.
Analyzes financial reporting systems and project schedules to proactively address potential problems. Effectively communicates project progress, issues and financial status to management as required. Applies Microsoft Project to implement and evaluate job progress and risks.
Manages risks and establishes project recovery plans when required. Resolves disputes with minimal need for critical issue.
Negotiates, prepares and issues subcontracts.
Ensures project document controls are in compliance with contract requirements and JCI standards.
Oversees project construction for compliance with specifications, local codes and installation techniques.
Manages the selection, ordering, and delivery schedule of materials to be procured for the projects assigned.
Develops and maintains viable long-term relationships with customers, consultants, prime contractors and subcontractors. Attends job progress meetings as required. Ensures subcontractors understand expectations of the project.
Coordinates with the CMS and HVAC Installation Manager, Systems Team Leader and / or Branch Mechanical Project Team Leader for allocation of resources needed to meet project objectives. Ensures any engineering and commissioning performed by the field team is in accordance with established standards. Facilitates customer concern of product related problems.
Assists Area Management Team and / or sales in project development efforts.
Coordinate customer-training requirements.
For select and / or Mechanical projects, may collaborate with and provide direction to Truck Based team(s) that are assigned to projects under the Project Manager's control.
For select and / or Mechanical projects, may Self-perform sales support activities early in the audit process to provide guidance on vendor/partners selection, scope enhancements, value engineering, risk assessment etc.
For select and / or Mechanical projects, may Self-perform cost estimating, project scheduling and project management of assigned projects.
What we look for
Bachelor's degree in Construction, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture or an Associate's Degree with equivalent work related experience.
Minimum of eight years of direct project management experience in the Building Construction Industry.
Management experience with projects related to Mechanical Retrofits, HVAC controls, BAS management, Fire management, and Security management systems is desired.
Expectation that PMI/PMP (Project Management Institute, Project Management Professional) certification will be obtained within 2 years of employment in the position.
Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills.
Must have the ability to communicate technical material to a non-technical audience.
Proficient in Project Management software and financial accounting systems.
Strong Personal Computer working capabilities in MS Office (excel, word, power point, project), Adobe Writer, Visio and basic Windows environment.
Travel will vary on project assignment. Projects may exist outside of assigned geography.
Able to complete projects of higher project and contract complexity. (Multiple subcontractors and multiple scopes of work)

What you will do

This role ensures compliance with all applicable regulations, OEM specifications, and internal procedures. Here are the daily responsibilities of a Manufacturing Quality Manager:
Ensure compliance with aerospace quality standards, including NADCAP, AS9100, and FAA 145 Repair Station regulations.
Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate compliance with quality systems and procedures.
Review and approve documentation for quality processes, including inspection reports, certifications, and corrective actions.

What you will do
Johnson Controls is seeking an Mechanical Controls System Engineer to lead the process of system integration and commissioning for the OpenBlue Central Utility Plant (CUP) solution for district energy plants across the globe. You will act as the project leader to plan, execute, and complete Central Utility Plant projects with assigned customers. You'll partner with customers to meet the project implementation schedule goals and will need to delegate tasks to fully complete assigned projects including: hardware design, system programming, installation coordination, system and network commissioning and project closeout. May be responsible for serving as the primary point-of-contact for the FAA and maintaining the overall relationship with other regulatory agencies as required by the organization.
Here is what is required to succeed:
Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification.
A minimum of six (6) years of experience in quality control within the aerospace industry, including at least two (2) years in a supervisory or lead capacity in aircraft maintenance or quality.
Strong working knowledge of applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, including but not limited to Parts 21, 25, 43, 65, 91, 121, 135, and 145.

What you will do
