    Job DescriptionDescription: We are seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Setup/Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in machining and manufacturing processes, with hands-on experience in operating CNC lathes and related equipment. This role requires a keen attention to detail, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. The successful candidate will contribute to the production of high-quality components while ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC lathes according to specifications and production schedules. Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine machining requirements. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers to ensure accuracy of machined parts. Perform routine maintenance on CNC equipment, including troubleshooting issues as they arise. Collaborate with engineering teams on CNC programming using software such as Mastercam and CAM programming tools. Conduct quality control checks throughout the machining process to maintain product standards. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other materials handling equipment. Assist in the assembly of components when required, ensuring all parts meet specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.
