We're seeking a Technical Support Specialist with aviation or EmpowerMX experience to provide Tier 1 support for our aviation maintenance SaaS platform. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for users, ensuring smooth system operations, accurate data, and exceptional customer experiences. Essentially, you are the data integrity and system support expert for maintenance operations. This role is critical for operational efficiency because accurate data in EmpowerMX drives maintenance planning, labor tracking, and compliance-all of which impact aircraft turnaround times and safety.
What You'll Do
Be the first point of contact for EmpowerMX users across our service centers.
Troubleshoot issues, document tickets, and provide Tier 1 support.
Train users on system processes, new features, and best practices.
Audit and maintain master data for accuracy and compliance.
Create simple tools and queries to help users extract and interpret data.
Collaborate with IT and vendors on system enhancements and upgrades.
Identify data discrepancies, suggest process improvements, and help optimize workflows.
Qualifications
Associate's degree in Information Systems, Aviation Management, Business, or related field.
Previous experience in SaaS or ERP support helpful.
Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with data extraction.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Lamination-Laborer is to assist the operator with machine setup. Also will cut scrap, foil and primer pads when needed. Load and unload parts from baskets and stack them on the table. Feed and cut parts going into and coming out of the machine. Follow the general instructions of the operator.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
1. Loading and unloading of parts from baskets and/or trailers.
2. Trim and Wool (bulb) parts (with correct wool/bulb in correct slot).
3. Inspect quality before and after lamination.
4. Cut scrap when needed.
5. Cut and set primer pads, ensures proper coverage for the entire run.
6. Set drive and guide wheels.
7. Read and understand lamination schedules.
8. Count parts.
9. Distinguish types and color of foils.
10. Change glue on hot melt system when needed.
11. Clean and prep glue head.
12. Set up slitter and cut foil to correct sizes.
13. Able to read and understand lamination prints.
14. Work together as a team and communicate with each other.
15. Clean up after each run and prepare for the next.
16. Performs additional duties as assigned.
17. Adjust and control setting on lamination machine and melter.
18. Set up all the different profiles and make a good, finished product.
19. Troubleshoot and make adjustments when necessary.

LMI seeks a skilled Deployment Manager responsible for assisting Customs and Border Protection (CBP), US Border Patrol (USBP) to execute its tactical infrastructure construction, maintenance, and repair program, which generally consists of the life cycle planning and execution of construction, maintenance and repair along the borders of the United States. This position will support the deployment of the Program Management Office Directorate (PMOD) Subterranean Portfolio Linear Ground Detection System (LGDS) program at remote border locations. Join our team of collaborative self-starters focused on delivering practical and efficient solutions to help our client keep U.S. borders safe and facilitate trade and travel. As part of our high-performing team, you will augment our vital work to provide "eyes and ears" technology to protect our nation. Position is remote with approximately 50% CONUS travel required. This position is located in Nogales, AZ.

Responsibilities
You will serve as a deployment manager for the client's linear technology. You will facilitate the clients technology construction deployments by:
Serving as agency representative for assigned project(s), responsible for a successful execution of the CBTT Program
Being responsible for successful project execution including management of scope, schedule, budget, risk, and contractor performance
Being responsible for ensuring timely elevation of project issues through the Planning and Project Execution Team for resolution
Identifying, evaluating, and mitigating risks, issues, and opportunities for assigned project(s)
Serving as the project expert and spokesperson for the project(s) with responsibility to present, explain, and defend program management issues and directions to higher-level official in CBP, DHS, and other government agencies and interested public groups as requested by the Program Manager.
Collaborating with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Federal Aviation Agency (FAA), Engineering, Business Management, key stakeholders, and other offices throughout the project life cycles
Coordinating all project related outreach efforts
Qualifications
Background Investigation: Active U.S. Customs and Border Protection background investigation required.
Education & Experience: Master's degree in business, management, finance, or information management with 10+ years of experience, or Bachelor's degree with 12+ years of experience, or High School diploma with 25+ years of relevant experience.
Experience in: Deploying technology systems and construction management, remote sensor maintenance and/or repair, and/or Civil/site design.
Experienced leader with: 3-5 years in a related team-lead role with 1-2 years in a leadership or supervisory capacity.
Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of MD-102.
Understanding of NEPA and federal real estate clearance process.
Engineering and project management for DHS or DoD in communications and sensor technology.
Technical Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
Excellent Communication & Problem-Solving skills with the ability to make informed decisions.
Strong organizational Skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Experienced in managing multiple projects with independent schedules and budgets.
Travel: Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.

As a A&P Technician, here is what you'll be doing at the core, day to day.• Perform heavy maintenance (C-Checks) on various regional jet airframes. • Comply with environmental health & safety policies and procedures. • Perform all assigned tasks in a safe and timely manner. • Inspect and repair aircraft according to strict safety guidelines set by the FAA or applicable regulatory body. • Consult maintenance blueprints, manuals, and other documents to assist with troubleshooting and repairs. • General mechanical and electrical maintenance and complex repairs on aircraft structures and systems. • Perform troubleshooting, installations, removals, and inspections on various aircraft. • Complete tasks within allotted time frames in accordance with FAA (or equivalent) and company standards. • Operate ground support equipment as required.
Here's what is required to succeed as a A&P Technician.• FAA Airframe and Powerplant (A&P) or Airframe (A) License required. • Minimum of 3 years' work experience as an Aircraft Technician (preferred) o MRO experience is a plus. o CRJ airframe experience is a plus. o Military aircraft maintenance experience (Depot/Isochronal/Phase inspections) is a plus. • Possess (basic) set of tools. • Strong troubleshooting skills. • Comfortable working with technology / entering aircraft maintenance actions into a computer-based system. • Ability to effectively communicate aircraft maintenance actions both verbally and in writing. • Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA), if applicable. • High school diploma or equivalent required. • Must be comfortable with shift work; we are a 24/7 operation with 12-hour shifts which include days, nights, and weekends.
