• Work well with the Tank Foreman to understand the scope of work and bring to their attention any potential problems and issues. Communication with the Tank Foreman should continue on a regular basis.
• Ensure that all HMT and customer specifications, guidelines, and programs are being followed and documented as required.
• Responsible for supporting the Tank Foreman on managing the field crew in the performance of daily tasks.
• Ensure that work is being performed efficiently with regard to manpower, equipment, tools and consumables.
• Responsible for compliance with all QA/QC requirements including contract drawings and specifications.
• Complete all general site paperwork including timesheets, T&M sheets, and purchase orders.
• Responsible for onsite customer relations.
• Red-line construction drawings as required for approved scope changes. Provide sketches of existing customer equipment associated with our scope (platform connections, ladders, catwalks, and any piping).
• Complete any required HMT Data Sheets (roof drain systems, suctions, seal data, etc.).
• Responsible for the training of crew members in the art of tank building and supporting the Field Tank Foreman are expected to train prospective employees to become Field Foreman.
• Must maintain a positive attitude with crew members.

Required Qualifications & Education
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of heavy steel industry work experience, preferably in in the AST industry space (Above Ground Storage Tank industry)

Mittera is currently looking for Finishing Assistants to join our growing team! This position is entry level and able to easily advance into skilled roles. Finishing Assistants provide additional support within the Finishing Department and are responsible for feeding the correct signatures into the machine, down-piling completed books onto pallets or placing them in boxes, and down-piling mail according to postal regulations.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Reads and understands the job ticket with the Machine Operator
Assists in cutting, folding, collating, stitching, and trimming of printed products
Catches, removes and/or cartons completed printed pieces at the delivery end of binding/folding/cutting equipment or other finishing equipment
Loads stitcher/trimmer pockets and conveyor belts or feeders for folders
Performs other functions such as skid packing or loading, making boxes or cartons, labeling finished product, plastic wrapping skids, moving stock and material and setting up and/or moving conveyors
Operates a power pallet jack and hand lift truck
Cleans up and keeps work area neat and orderly
Does hand collating and other manual tasks in binding/finishing
Gathers empty skids around machine prior to the beginning of the binding/finishing run
All other duties as assigned
Requirements
Skills and Abilities
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
1 - 3 years of previous manufacturing/office experience preferred
Full comprehension in reading work instructions and business memos
Effective communications skills with all levels within the organization
Ability to use basic math skills to solve practical problems
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form
Must have the ability to work effectively in stressful situations and meet stringent deadlines
All other duties as assigned
Physical Requirements
Requires use of proper body mechanics with pushing, pulling, reaching, lifting, squatting, kneeling, and bending
Pushing/pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs
Requires fine motor hand and arm movement, manual dexterity, and coordination.
Requires near visual acuity
Requires working around and operating departmental equipment
Must be able to access and navigate each department in the facility
Requires the ability to function in a professional manner under stressful circumstances
Work Environmental Factors
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The employee is occasionally exposed to hazardous materials. A production employee regularly works near moving mechanical parts.

Position Summary
The Spare Parts Inventory Coordinator is responsible for monitoring and maintaining the accuracy of equipment parts inventory, supporting plant operational and maintenance activities, and assisting with parts identification. This role ensures proper application of purchasing procedures and supports the Spare Parts Supervisor with vendor relationships, sourcing, and administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities
Inventory & Parts Management
* Maintain accurate physical and electronic inventory of equipment parts.
* Ensure adequate supply levels and complete records for all equipment parts.
* Support maintenance teams with identification and sourcing of machine parts.
* Prepare and ship parts to other company locations or vendors as needed.
Purchasing & Vendor Support
* Assist the Spare Parts Supervisor with purchasing plant-related goods and services.
* Help negotiate pricing, terms, and purchasing conditions with suppliers and vendors.
* Ensure correct application of Group Purchasing Procedures and Policies.
* Collaborate with technical staff and accounting to resolve purchasing or billing issues.
System & Administrative Tasks
* Operate and maintain SAP or other ERP systems for inventory and purchasing functions.
* Track orders and support documentation processes.
* Assist with workflow needs to meet schedules, shipment requirements, and quality standards.
Safety & Compliance
* Support Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP standards.
* Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly work area.
* Promote Sofidel's Principles, Values, and safety-focused culture.
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
* High School Diploma or GED required.
* 1-3 years of experience in inventory, purchasing, warehouse operations, or a related field (preferred).
* Experience with SAP or another ERP system required.
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, data entry, inventory systems).
Skills & Abilities:
* Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
* Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
