The Inside Sales Coordinator provides essential operational and administrative support to the Inside Sales team, Regional Sales Managers (RSMs), and Miura's representative network. This role manages the job registration process, supports Salesforce data accuracy, prepares QBR documentation, coordinates factory tours and rep meetings, assists with sales order activities, oversees the water sample program, and responds to real-time sales-related inquiries. The coordinator ensures seamless communication between the factory and field, enabling efficient sales operations, accurate data flow, and exceptional customer service. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the Job Registration Process: Create job registrations for direct sales and review representative-submitted registrations to ensure compliance, accuracy, and completeness. Serve as a gatekeeper by validating project availability with a high level of precision. Implement and enforce the Water Sampling Program requirement for all job registrations. Salesforce Data Entry & Support: Assist RSMs with real-time data entry while on the road, verify monthly shipment/delivery requirements and project specifications, and chase sales team for missing Salesforce data fields. Updating opportunities to Z status when sold and uploading BOL to Box Files. QBR Documentation & Scheduling: Prepare and Schedule all Quarterly Business Review (QBR) documents for Inside Sales Representatives. Create QBR Minutes recordings and upload into box folder. Assist RSMs as Needed: Provide real-time phone support for products, customer, and representative research, and occasionally assist with urgent administrative needs. Advise representatives on co-op balance, identify marketing projects, and develop & distribute monthly reports to track progress toward annual goals set with RSMs. Lead Follow-up: Follow up with representatives to ensure timely contact with leads. Identify multi-touch leads in Salesforce, research companies, and contact leads using Miura scripts to requalify or disqualify. Factory Tour Send out calendar invites, schedule rooms, and print materials, etc. Order and coordinate lunch arrangements for on-site events. Ensure room is prepared and PPE is available. Assist Inside Sales Representatives by creating, printing, and organizing meeting materials as needed. Water Sample Program Proactively represent water sample analysis program. Send and receive sample boxes. Upload samples and send analysis results. Document Analysis Results, etc. Assist with Co-Op Funds and enter Salesforce when requested. Real-time Phone & Email Support - Sales-Related Inquiries (Immediate, Fast-track): Perform additional administrative and operational duties as assigned to support overall team success. Salary: $25.30 - $37.96 per hour The Engineering Field Technician I is responsible for supporting TRWD engineering tasks in the field required to help meet the District's mission of water supply, flood control and recreation. Construction inspection services, corrosion control initiatives including cathodic protection (CP) and coating inspection, dam safety instrumentation readings, stream flow measurement calibration, pipeline integrity support and tasks as needed during flood monitoring are examples of the responsibilities this position will meet. The Inventory Cycle Counter is responsible for conducting daily cycle counts of finished goods and/or raw materials inventory to assess the accuracy of on-hand levels. Results are recorded and variances investigated. The position will use systematic problem-solving skills to identify root causes of the variances. Results of root cause investigations will be shared with process owners so that corrective actions can be implemented. Variances will be reconciled, and results provided to Management. Job Duties and Responsibilities Conducts blind counts of on-hand inventory. Uses pallet jacks and/or forklifts to move material as needed to assure accurate counts are performed. Enters all relevant cycle count data into Syteline ERP system. Conducts recounts of variances from un-posted cycle counts that do not meet acceptance criteria. When needed, uses transaction history in Syteline ERP system to identify potential causes of variances. Reports results, findings, an action to Inventory Strategy Manager. Performs root cause analysis related to cycle count inaccuracies. Communicates analysis results with process owners so they can improve processes. Reconciles cycle counts in Syteline ERP system. Posts cycle counts in Syteline ERP system. Assists in preparation and execution of scheduled physical inventory counts. Job Specifications Skills Ability to use Syteline ERP system. Purpose of Role The Water Treatment Support Specialist is responsible for supporting the Miura branch offices, factory, and Miura representatives regarding maintenance, production, and sales inquiries, while advancing Miura's water treatment capability inside and outside of the boiler room. This includes research of current and emerging water treatment technologies, determining internal and/or external sources of products, the creation and implementation of support documents, traveling to customer sites for events such as hands-on training and maintenance support, reviewing water analysis reports, and answering inquiries from both maintenance and sales. They are also responsible for analyzing and supporting water treatment business development through activities such as data analysis, product development, and quality improvement. Communication and collaboration includes daily interaction with employees at all levels within Miura, including but not limited to, sales, maintenance, administration, engineering, and production staff, so that support can be provided in a timely manner and correct manner to entities needing support, particularly related to water treatment topics and products. System Development & Integration: Develop, design, and implement water treatment programs for full-facility coverage, including but not limited to cooling towers, closed-loop systems, and wastewater. Evaluate existing MIURA technologies and identify opportunities for adaptation or expansion. Develop modular and scalable treatment solutions tailored to diverse facility types. b. Innovation & Research: Investigate emerging technologies and water treatment methods. Lead pilot projects and field trials to validate new approaches. Collaborate with R&D, engineering, and external partners to accelerate innovation. c. Regulatory & Environmental Compliance: Ensure all treatment programs meet local, state, and federal environmental regulations. Promote water conservation, reuse, and sustainability practices. d. Expected to learn and successfully complete levels 2-4 within 2 years of hire date. 3) Provide Complete Water Treatment Support & Follow-Through (Case Management) a . Assist sales and maintenance/service personnel from Miura and our Representative Network by answering water treatment, water quality, and associated water equipment questions, coordinating with internal departments (Maintenance, Engineering, Maintenance Support, Production Support, etc.) to provide guidance with troubleshooting Miura water quality products and services within the department's guidelines for timeliness and efficiency in the Case Management System. Responsible for supporting the maintenance and sales staff in relation to the subject of water treatment. This involves becoming a technical expert in multiple product lines (chemical, water treatment equipment, federal/state/local codes, and regulations, etc.). b. Water Lab Support Be familiar with water analysis laboratories and the water analysis procedures to support the water analysis labs. c. Create and update supporting technical documentation (manuals, FAQ/quick guides, knowledge base, tools, & calculators, etc.) to assist MAC and Rep maintenance and sales personnel with documents pertaining to content such as PV replacements, retrofits, parts identification, digital services, etc., as identified through a regular case management review and interaction with MAC's Maintenance team. Create and revise documents in support of Sales, Maintenance, and Production Departments in relation to water treatment topics and products. If applicable, translate documents from Japanese to English and/or English to Spanish.
