Act in a professional, courteous manner. + Maintain a professional appearance. + Assists in training of co-workers as needed. **Vehicle Maintenance:** * Performs pre-trip vehicle safety inspections and reports vehicle condition at the beginning and the end of each shift. * Checks all vehicle fluid levels daily and adds fluids as necessary. * Fuels vehicle as necessary. * Maintains vehicle cleanliness throughout the day. * Occasionally uses chipping hammer to remove excess concrete build up. * Performs minor repairs and assists mechanics in vehicle repairs. * Changes flat tires with spares and assists tire mechanic as needed. **Safety:** * Comply with safety rules and wear personal protective equipment. * Report all unsafe conditions promptly. * Offer suggestions for accident prevention. * Serve on Safety Committees as requested. **Other:** * Takes customer order changes in the field and reports same to dispatch. * Maintains Driver's Daily Logs. * Performs other duties as instructed **QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS** **MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS** To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The Manufacturing Specialist Mixer - Bakery is a full-time position that performs a variety of duties associated with mixing and batching ingredients in a timely manner according to guidelines. Responsible for scaling and mixing all ingredients in a fast-paced work environment. We currently have first shift (4am - 12:30pm), second shift (12pm - 8:30pm), and 3rd shift (8pm - 4:30am) available.
