Job Description
MJ Morgan Group is seeking a part-time, salaried Sales Manager to join the team of a local fitness studio, located near downtown Cleveland.
Schedule: M-F, 4p-9p (occasional Saturday mornings as well) - expected 25-30 working hours per week.
Compensation: $25,000 - $35,000 annually
In this role, you will be responsible for managing proven membership sales strategies, as well as delivering exceptional customer service and knowledge to potential new clients! We are looking for someone who is ready and excited to play a key role in promoting classes and offerings, while continuing to ensure that current members are satisfied and reaching their personal goals.
Responsibilities:
Inspire and Connect: You will be engaging with clients and potential new clients to showcase membership options and highlight the benefits of the studio.
Leading Consultations: Get excited to host both in-person and virtual consultations to guide clients toward the right membership plans.
Supporting Member Success: Check in regularly with current members, review their progress, and recommend upgrades tailored to their evolving goals and needs.
Driving Sales & Outreach: Use proven scripts to follow up with leads, sell intro offers, and maintain consistent communication to keep prospects engaged.
Keeping Organized: Manage bookings, track leads, and run sales reports to keep the team informed and on target.
Delivering Top-Notch Service: Address client questions and resolve issues quickly to create a positive experience every time.
Leading by Example: Train and support new team members, helping build a collaborative, motivated workplace.
Must-Have's:
A cell phone, and reliable transportation!
A strong sales & customer service personality. We are looking for someone with a focus on connecting and building relationships in the community.
Excellent communication skills, both in-person and virtually via text, and email.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Experience in the boutique fitness industry is a HUGE plus. Experience in Customer Service or Sales at gyms, spas, saunas, studios, etc. will put you at the top of the list!

Start Date: ASAPESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform routine checks, tests, gauging, and instrument inspections on materials, in-process parts, and finished goods
Conduct routine tests where results are compared against company quality standards
Perform visual inspections to identify obvious defects
Accurately record inspection results on inspection forms, charts, or logs and report defect counts
Interpret and follow blueprints, operation sheets, and inspection procedures
Use standard measuring equipment including micrometers, indicators, calipers, and height gauges
Perform lifting of materials of varying weights, both assisted and unassisted
Maintain accuracy, attention to detail, and compliance within a manufacturing and MRO environment
QUALIFICATIONS
1-2 years of experience as an Inspector and/or NDT Technician
Current hands-on inspection experience required (manufacturing, automotive, or aerospace preferred)
Strong working knowledge of micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical documentation
Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with team members and supervisors
Reliable, detail-oriented, and quality focused
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent required
IMPORTANT NOTES
Candidates must have at least 1+ year of recent inspection experience
All candidates will be required to complete a skills test confirming knowledge of micrometers, calipers, and height gauges
Candidates who do not pass the test will not be considered
FAA DOT drug screening is mandatory for any candidate selected
