About the Program
This program supports the development of next-generation satellite mission management and command-and-control systems for U.S. defense and intelligence operations. The selected engineer will play a key role on a large-scale satellite ground system initiative, providing leadership and technical direction to Agile software development teams while ensuring all system components are properly integrated, verified, and validated before release to operations.

Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Integration and Test Engineer to lead and execute test strategies for a high-visibility satellite ground system program. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams, program leadership, and government stakeholders to ensure mission-critical systems meet all performance and reliability requirements.
You will be responsible for executing the integration and test architecture, developing and maintaining the verification strategy, and driving validation efforts across multiple software and hardware subsystems.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the program's test strategy, including test process development, baseline definition, and system verification and validation.
Lead integration and test activities across Agile software development teams.
Collaborate with technical leads, program managers, and government representatives to ensure alignment and test readiness.
Direct and support a multidisciplinary team consisting of internal staff, subcontractors, and leased labor.
Conduct regression testing, resolve discrepancy reports, and support system troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM).
5+ years of experience as an Integration and/or Test Engineer in a software development environment.
Proven experience with system troubleshooting, test execution, and defect resolution.
Active and transferable TS/SCI clearance (U.S. citizenship required).
